A 10 minutes de Nîmes, vous apprécierez l'environnement agréable et calme de cette propriété de 1400 m2 pour vous reposer , son cadre arboré et fleuri, des espaces où les enfants pourront s'amuser,

L'accès est aisé , vous êtes à 10 minutes de la sortie Nîmes ouest des autoroutes A9 et A 54.

C'est un lieu de vie très agréable rénové en 2013 et 2018, nous nous sommes investis avec passion pour faire évoluer la maison e le jardin. Nous souhaitons à présent la proposer à des vacanciers amateurs de calme, mais aussi intéressés par la découverte de notre belle région.

Vous disposerez d'une maison spacieuse , ensoleillée, bien aménagée et décorée avec goût, entourée par trois grandes terrasses, vous choisirez le plein soleil et pour les repas vous apprécierez l'ombre du mûrier-platane ou des pins. La piscine privée est constamment ensoleillée.

TOURISME ET CULTURE

La situation est idéale pour parcourir la région que vous vous dirigiez vers la Camargue, les Cévennes ou la méditerranée.

Partez à la découverte de NIMES, les costières, le PONT DU GARD, SOMMIERES, MONTPELLIER, ARLES, UZES, AIGUES-MORTES, AVIGNON,

A proximité:

Visite de Nîmes et son patrimoine (15 km), Montpellier ( 40 km) Arles (la ville et le musée antique), Uzès (son patrimoine et le musée Haribo) ou le Pont du Gard , Avignon et le palais des papes, les remparts d'Aigues-mortes,

- à 15 minutes parcours des ruelles de Sommières, son marché du samedi, ses animations et la découverte des environs depuis la table d'observation du château.

DESCRIPTIF

Nous mettons à disposition 100 m2 de la villa. Le séjour est CLIMATISE. En projet climatisation des chambres de l'étage. En tant que méditerranéen nous gardons une température agréable en baissant les volets dans la journée et en aérant la nuit.

- rez-de-chaussée : séjour salle à manger de 42 m2,cuisine indépendante (17 m2), un cellier(machine à laver le linge et réfrigérateur-congélateur), la salle d'eau ( sanitaire, vasque et douche) et 1 chambre n°1 (2 lits en 90x190, bureau, placard de rangement)

- à l'étage ; 1 chambre n° 2 (lit 140x190, bureau et placard),

1 chambre n° 3 équipée avec 2 lits individuels 80x200 ou 1 lit double large 160x200, grande armoire, fauteuil et TV ; CLIMATISEE

salle de bain (sanitaire, plan de toilette avec vasque, baignoire/douche)

- 1 lit de bébé sur demande.

Les draps de lit sont fournis ainsi que qu'un fond d'épicerie

Les serviettes de bain ne sont pas fournis.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send NICOLE (the owner) a message.

If NICOLE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
