This privately owned villa is ideally located within a quiet residential area with 9 other properties, close to the coastal town of Moraira and the stunning El Portet beach. Being only a 5 min stroll away from local bars, restaurants, and supermarket, makes this property a perfect choice for a holiday.
Inside the bungalow, there are 2 well sized bedrooms, lounge/diner complete with sofa-bed, kitchen, and a bathroom with bath and shower. The property also benefits from Air conditioning, Central Heating, washing machine, iron,hair drier, TV with Satellite including BBC1 -2 ,ITV etc, DVD player (with a large selection of DVDs), XBOX 360 (with a selection of games), Free Wi-fi, Ipod/pad docking system, microwave, kettle, toaster, hair-dryer and a selection of complimentary toiletries.
There is off road parking located at the front of the property and at the rear, there is a peaceful residential pool with gardens. Attached to the property, there are garden and terrace areas, ideal for sunbathing and barbecues with ample sunbeds and seating, and a naya (enclosed terrace) with table and chairs, perfect for sipping a glass of wine and alfresco dining.

This quiet residential community is very safe, quiet and enclosed with entry to each bungalow through a locked side gate. There are beautifuly maintained gardens around the swimming pool,with extra sunbeds, and at the end there is a play area for a kick about to wear the kids out. Our guest book has lots of comments about the closeness to Moraira and El Portet beach and the fact that we have thought of everything, and we are very proud of that. We pride ourselves that we have lots of people who have returned to rebook.

Local activities include diving, cycling, fishing, 2 golf courses, horse riding, mountain biking, go karting, sailing, swimming, tennis, and walking. The property is less than 30 mins away by car from Benidorm with an aray of attractions including Mundormar, an animal water park, Waterfalls of Algar,Aqualandia, a themed swimming park and Terra Mittica, a huge fun park with some of the largest rides in europe. The picturesque village of Guadalest is really worth a visit, it is set in the mountains with a beautful aqua blue resevoir stretching out below. Other nearby towns include Calpe (popular with climbers for the Calpe Rock), Benissa, Teulada, Benitachell, Javea and Denia, where you can take the ferry to Ibizia.
If you require a welcome pack one can be provided by our property manager, who takes care when looking at the booking to see what age the clients are and buys items accordingly, it is usually about 25 euros which can be settled on arrival. She tends to match it to the clients i.e. if you have children she will buy more soft drinks and for the adults of course a nice cold beer for when you get there.
Smoking is permitted, but only outside or under the covered Naya (terrace).
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Property is less than 30mins away by Car from Benidorm and all that it has to offer, which includes many attractions for all ages, such as 'Mundomar' an Animal Water Park, 'Aqualandia' a themed Swimming Park and 'Terra Mitica' a large Fun Park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful historic village of Guadalest, set in the mountains, is a place not to be missed by the visitors, along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar', with other nearby Towns, which include Calpe with the well known 'Calpe Rock' jutting out of the Sea, Benissa, Teulada, Javea and Denia, where you can take a ferry ride to Ibiza.
The Moraira area
Moraira is fast becoming a cosmopolitan coastal resort, which boasts a large selection of upmarket and traditional bars and restaurants. This is an exclusive area allowing you to have a pleasant and tranquil holiday in the sun. For the shoppers among you, there is a weekly market every friday morning, and interesting choices of shops from trendy boutiques, to chinese bazaars for bargin hunters. For families with children, there is a local fairground for all ages, astro turf areas for a kick about, and safe beaches near by.

Chris and Barrie the owners were excellent with their service and there was everything you would need in the bungalow for a holiday. El Portet was our ideal place for lunch sitting overlooking the beach with a jug of sangria. The surrounding areas were all good with easy access. Supermarkets were just down the road and if you are fit you could walk. Great walking down but a little hilly for older people walking back. We loved that it was so peaceful just sitting outside of an evening enjoying a glass of wine and relaxing. Apart from the mosquitoes their was nothing we disliked about it and we could cope with them. Enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
El Portet with dos Cervezas is our favourite view too - cant beat it

This was our second stay here and we were delighted to find it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The bungalow was immaculate and very comfortable with everything we could want. The pool was fabulous, the children made some lovely friends and had a great time. We enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine on the naya in the evenings and having a bbq or walking down into Moraria town for dinner. This is our fourth visit to Moraira and we are still finding new bars and restaurants - we love the atmosphere in town in the evenings and walking along the harbour. We are already looking forward to our holiday here next year! Thank you Chris and Barrie.
Look forward to seeing you again next year, will keep the sun out for you
