La Vista is luxury, 6-bedroom villa located just a short 5 minute drive from the beautiful coastal town of Moraira.

This newly constructed modern villa is situated on a peaceful hillside within easy reach of Moraira town centre and nearby beaches.

La Vista offers two floors of living space. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall leading to a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with two integrated fridge-freezers, toaster, kettle, electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave.

Also on this level there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms with three of the bedrooms en-suite. There are two double and two twin bedrooms. The end bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace.

The first floor consists of a master bedroom with a super-king bed and en-suite featuring a bath and walk-in shower. This adjoins another double en-suite bedroom and both share a large terrace with stunning views of the sunrise as it ascends over El Portet. All bedrooms and the downstairs living area are equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms that are located on the sunny side also have shutters.

The house has various outdoor terraces, covered and uncovered. La Vista offers a beautiful outside space consisting of a large 8m x 4m heated pool with 12 sun loungers. There is a BBQ area with outside fridge and sink. For dining ‘al fresco’ there is a large outdoor table under a shaded naya with beautiful views of the hillside. On the first floor you’ll find a large private terrace ideal for catching the evening sun. The villa has a gated driveway with secure parking and landscaped garden.

Moraira has grown from a fishing village to an attractive holiday and retirement resort. This picturesque village is perfect for relaxed family holidays. It’s beautiful marina, is home to many luxurious boats that sit in the clear blue Mediterranean waters. We enjoy over 300 days of sunshine per year with average summer temperatures in the high 20s deg C.To soak up all this sunshine Moriara offers a great choice of various sandy beaches and coves with clear blue waters. Most of these have blue flag status, frequented visited by snorkelers and scuba divers.

Getting around

You will also find a abundance of small café shops serving wonderful coffee, cakes and snacks. Ice cream parlours, supermarkets and many small boutiques shops selling shoes, clothes, jewellery, local produce and more will be found as you walk around the town. Moraira also offers a range of activities for the whole family to enjoy, from hiking, golf, tennis, cycling to scuba diving, parasailing, sailing lessons as well as quad biking and go-karting racing. Easily reached by car are some larger towns which are well worth visiting: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 15km, while Benidorm is only a 30 minute drive away. Alicante one hour south and Valencia one hour 15 minutes north.

    How do damage deposits work?

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Katie (the owner) a message.

    If Katie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
