A self-catering villa with swimming pool and Mediterranean garden, this property is perfect for those looking for a holiday base in a tranquil setting within easy reach of cultural and sporting activities.

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area on the hillside overlooking the village. The village centre is within easy walking distance (10 minutes) and Montpellier is just a short drive away (15 minutes to centre). In addition to the 18-hole golf course, there is also a 80 hectare deer park situated nearby along the same road.

The villa is usually rented as a three-bedroom property, priced below (with separate two-room apartment for owners use). In addition to the 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 1 cloakroom, there is a large beamed living room with fireplace overlooking the terrace and swimming pool (11m x 5m), an adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A second terrace offers a built-in barbecue.

The change-overday in June, July and August is usually SATURDAY, unless otherwise agreed. May, September and October can be discussed. The arrival time is 16.00 hrs pm Departure 10.00 hrs am.

There are three upstairs bedrooms, two facing west with a view of the pool and one overlooking the side of the garden. It is possible to have an additional sleeping area on the mezzanine. This area is fairly spacious (with a 3/4 size snooker table) but open onto the living room below.

There is also the possibility to rent the villa with an adjoining 2 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom and independent access. The larger of these bedrooms opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool area.

The third bathroom and shower room is available in the adjoining 2 bedroom apartment downstairs.

The property comfortably sleeps 6 upstairs and could accommodate 8 if the mezzanine or lounge area is used. If the villa is rented with the adjoining apartment downstairs (an intersecting door links the two parts of the property) a further 4 people can be accommodated. In this additional area, there is a second kitchen and bathroom.

House rules

Although our pool has an alarm, for extra peace of mind, we don't recommend the house for small children (or those that can't swim), just in case they accidently fall in . We also live in a very quiet residential area, so it's not ideally suited to large parties of (young) adults wanting to have lots of late-night parties. We also get a lot of enquiries from people wanting to just stay a night or two, but high-season demand means we'll always get a full week's booking.

How do damage deposits work?
