Charming and characteristic apartment for 6 people located in the centre of Monopoli, in Puglia. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a historic building which has maintained its charming and beauty.

The apartment is situated in an ancient mansion at only 300 meters from the main square and the Cathedral and has been completely renovated conserving its historical identity. The holiday home has a separate entrance from the rest of the building ensuring privacy and autonomy to its guests.

The apartment is overlooking the city and has a terrace with raised sun deck, fully equipped with table and chairs, (sun) loungers and parasols, is the ideal place to enjoy unforgettable Apulian summer nights.

Located on the first floor (that is reached after really comfortable and safe upstairs for both children and old people), the property has been recently restored in a modern style and it is ideal for accommodating up to six guests, both couples or families.

Due to its characteristics, it can be rent in every season. The apartment, provides with Wi-Fi Internet connection, is situated just five minutes by foot far away from the amazing beach and long coast, is provided with a kitchen and living area, consisting of a cooker, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer; two master bedroom; another matrimonial bedroom with bathroom ensuite and another bathroom well furnished and equipped with tub/shower.

The property is perfect to friends group or family with 2-3 children and, although being a few meters from pubs and restaurants, is a quiet place for stay. Its splendid location, from which guests can enjoy the presence of the sea and at the same time a breathtaking view above the old style buildings as just a few apartments in Monopoli would do, close to the charming towns of Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare, Matera and Ostuni.

Great apartment for the 4 of us. Good location to walk to both the beach and train station. The old town is wonderful with lots of narrow lanes to explore. We had a car which we didn’t use a lot… More
