High quality materials have been used in the conversion and furnisher: oak wooden floors, antique table and bread cupboard, antique lines.

The villa includes four apartments with shared garden and yard.
• Outside garden for al fresco dining and solarium
• Car park spaces
• Garage on request
Please notice that the bathroom does not allow a full turning circle for a wheel chair and there are three steps to get into the apartment. However the apartment is on the ground floor and easily accessible, therefore suitable for people with limited mobility.
