SURROUNDINGS: LESS THAN 1 KM TO MELONERAS BEACH, , RESTAURANTS , GOLF COURSE AND SHOPPING .

1.5KM TO MELONERAS RESORT FOR EXCLUSIVE SHOPS, RESTAURANTS , BARS AND THE FAMOUS MASPALOMAS DUNES ARE JUST AFTER THE LIGHTHOUSE .ONLY A 5 MINUITE TAXI RIDE TO THE HEART OF PLAYA DEL INGLES.

TAXIS ARE CHEAP TO GET AROUND AND ABOUT .THERE IS ALSO A BUS STOP NEAR THE SUPERMARKET. MANY OF OUR GUESTS SAY THAT A CAR IS NOT NEEDED UNLESS YOU WISH TO TRAVEL THE ISLAND AND SEE OTHER AREAS OF GRAN CANARIA.

Thank you for the review. Its nice to know that you enjoyed your holidays at our property. I would like to state to my readers, that it is only a 15 min walk to Meloneras beach front and not a 40 min walk. The main resort of meloneras is a bit further away at 1.5 km and about a 30 min walk this is where all the hotels are located. Vacacional homes are not allowed by law in the main resort of meloneras because of the hotel accomodation, so this makes us one of the nearest residencial homes that are legal and available at meloneras .we hope to see you again in the future and thanks again for the review, Best wishes Tim, Alb and Rafa

Why can't I call TIM (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send TIM (the owner) a message.

If TIM (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
