About the home

Newly-built Villa Cruise is a child-friendly 250m2 luxury property situated above the famous beach called 'Cala Canyelles'. 2km to beaches,shops, tennis court.The nearest restaurant Roselles is at 100 meters from the villa. Standard Capacity 8 people,(max.10).It is a modern design Villa, furnished to a high standard throughout with its own private pool & stunning panoramic views of the sea. It really is the perfect setting for a large family or a group of friends holiday.

The Villa is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms (+2 baby cots,double sofa bed),3 bathrooms (2 bedrooms are en-suit and 2 share a master bathroom, Jacuzzi). Each bedroom has own LCD TV with build in DVD set and Air-conditioning.

On the first floor there is a large sunny lounge and dining area with a 52 inch SKY+HD .TV,ADSL Internet, double sofa bed and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with all mod con utilities such as a large American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and microwave oven. There is also a spacious bathroom and toilet. The villa has a large garage. plenty of terraces and a parking area at the front of the house with total space to park 3 cars.

The pool area is sunny from dawn until dusk and is the perfect place where you can enjoy the Spanish sun and the beautiful outdoor life. This quiet residential villa area is situated in the green hills along the coast between Lloret de Mar (at 1.5 km) and Tossa de Mar. Because this area was build in the hills, it offers you a marvellous view over the green hills of the Costa Brava and the Mediterranean Sea.
The urbanisation has several communal pools, tennis courts and a restaurant. The sandy beaches of Canyelles are found at approx. 3 kilometres

This coastal town, situated only 80 kilometres from Barcelona aprox.1 hour drive from the airport and 30 min from Girona airport. Lloret has become well known in all of Europe as a cosmopolitan resort with a vibrant nightlife.
Lloret was founded from pre-Roman settlements, which can still be visited. Highlights of these architectural treasures are the Church of San Roma, the Castle of Sant Joan and the many chapels. You will also love the botanic gardens of Marimutra in Blanes. Here you can see over 3000 different species of plants.

Vidreres, at 15 kilometres, is a lovely authentic Catalan village where tourist can mingle between the local populace. The towns centre has a beautiful church around which the shops are situated.

Lloret de Mar was once, like the neighbouring picturesque town Tossa de Mar at only 11 kilometres, a fisherman town. In the second half of the 20th century, however it was discovered by tourism. This gives Lloret the cosy atmosphere of the old towns centre with a labyrinth of shopping streets as well as an active nightlife with many pubs and clubs.

On the wide sandy beaches you can enjoy many water sport activities.The good accessibility of Loret de Mar itself and the many activities like golf courses, water parks, dolphinarium, horse riding facilities and sports centre contribute to a perfect holiday.
