Villa Cruise is situated of Serra Brava, near the vibrant beach resort of Lloret de Mar. It is a lovely villa that sleeps 8 people with beautiful view of the sea and its own private pool. The villa is divided into two floors. On theground floor you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 bedrooms are en-suit and 2 share a master bathroom). On the first floor there is large sunny lounge and dining area with a 46inch TV, sofa, settee and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with all mod con utilities such as a large American style fridge-freezer, dish washer, washing machine, cooker and microwave oven. There is also a spacious bathroom and toilet.
The villa has a spacious garage and a parking area at the front of the house with total space for 3 cars.

There is a restaurant , bar, a mini supermarket, tennis courts and a kids playing area located 3mins walk from the Villa. The distance to the beach is 3000 meters. The Villa is situated under street level with a modern and functional interior, large and sunny terraces and benefits with some fantastic panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea.

The property is a new build with surface area of 230 square meters.The swimming pool is at the back of the villa accessed by a flight of stairs. The pool area is sunny from dawn until dusk and is the perfect place where you can enjoy the Spanish sun and the beautiful outdoor life. The best views of the sea can also be enjoyed from the large pool terrace.

This quiet residential villa area is situated in the green hills along the coast between Lloret de Mar (at 1.5 km) and Tossa de Mar. Because this area was build in the hills, it offers you a marvellous view over the green hills of the Costa Brava and the Mediterranean Sea.
The urbanisation has several communal pools, tennis courts and a restaurant. The sandy beaches of Canyelles are found at approx. 3 kilometres

This coastal town, situated only 80 kilometres from Barcelona aprox.1 hour drive from the airport and 30 min from Girona airport. Lloret has become well known in all of Europe as a cosmopolitan resort with a vibrant nightlife.
Lloret was founded from pre-Roman settlements, which can still be visited. Highlights of these architectural treasures are the Church of San Roma, the Castle of Sant Joan and the many chapels. You will also love the botanic gardens of Marimutra in Blanes. Here you can see over 3000 different species of plants.

Vidreres, at 15 kilometres, is a lovely authentic Catalan village where tourist can mingle between the local populace. The towns centre has a beautiful church around which the shops are situated.

Lloret de Mar was once, like the neighbouring picturesque town Tossa de Mar at only 11 kilometres, a fisherman town. In the second half of the 20th century, however it was discovered by tourism. This gives Lloret the cosy atmosphere of the old towns centre with a labyrinth of shopping streets as well as an active nightlife with many pubs and clubs.

On the wide sandy beaches you can enjoy many water sport activities.The good accessibility of Loret de Mar itself and the many activities like golf courses, water parks, dolphinarium, horse riding facilities and sports centre contribute to a perfect holiday.

You must vacate the property during the morning on the day of departure (until 10.00 a.m.) to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests. The villa is ready for your occupancy after 10.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m
