IMPORTANT NOTE: This a one bedroom flat but as there is another place to sleep in the lounge, i am rentibg it as a studio while there are works nearby. Some noise might be felt if you sleep in the bedroom after 8 am and until 5 pm, from Monday to Sunday. No noise felt in the living room. A good chance to save if you are only 2 or 3 persons or if you are more but wake up by 8 am.n

ABOUT MADRAGOA

Madragoa is like a small village inside a big city. It resembles a lot like Bairro: labyrinthine streets, charming old buildings covered with tiles, many traditional restaurants and cafés, but is far less touristy. You can easily walk anywhere you like in central Lisbon from this place - Baixa, Bica, Chiado, Cais do Sodré, Bairro Alto - and the walk will be pleasant and beautiful. This typical quarter from Santos neighborhood, is located among Cais do Sodré, Lapa and Bica. It used to be a fisherman's neighborhood and it has a strong fado tradition. It feels like a small village inside Lisbon, where kids are still free to play on the street and people take care of each others.

FULLY EQUIPPED FLAT:

- One room with a double bed and one big sofa bed that turns into a sofa bed-Bathroom with a big shower, hairdryer and shower gel.

-Separate kitchen with all the domestic appliances (pans, pots, cutlery, dishes, etc) fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster-Second floor equivalent to a first floor (only two rows of stairs, no elevator) on a quiet pedonal street, no traffic noise at all.

- Transports nearby: Buses, tram 28, train to Cascais, boat to Cacilhas

- This flat is 15 minutes walk from Cais do Sodré subway station. and Bairro Alto

- Scenic point terraces with cafés nearby such as "Le Chat" and "Park"

- Only 2 train stops from Belém's atractions

- Private car parking 10 minutes walk from the flat.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elsa (the owner) a message.

If Elsa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
