About the home

Quiet and peaceful in a privately owned complex of 10 units, yet only fifteen minutes walk from the historic medieval centre of Lazise, the apartment has easy access to all amenities , including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent bars, restaurants and pizzerias for eating out.

The residence benefits from it own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room a spacious balcony with stunning lake view, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one triple bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The apartment consists of an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with balcony and BBC, one double bedroom with balcony, one bathroom with shower, washing machine, toilet and bidet. From the dining a stairs leading to open space with three/four single beds, relax area with TV sat, DVD, books for your pleasure and a little terrace with lake view.

All has been tastefully furnished to the highest standards with modern designer fixtures and fittings.
- Our balcony / terrace offer both shade and sun.
- One balcony has its own built in barbecue and table with seating for four/five people.
- All rooms open throught doors onto balcony / terrace with view of the lake.
- Cot is available for child just two years old, please advise if you need.
- Celing fans in all the rooms.
- Private heating and air conditioning provides comfortable and living accommodation for all the year.

- Our lovely swimming pool with olive tree and plenty space for soaking the sun is open from May to the end of September and the garden at the pool is shared with the owners and guest of the residence.
- Good variety of restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias and take away within 5 minutes walk from our apartment.
- Near the apartment you may rent bicycles
- Boat rent at the port of Lazise, and at the nearest city of Bardolino, Peschiera and Garda,
- Bus stop at 400 meter from the apartment.

- During hot season it is preferable from saturday to saturday, but if you need some flexibility please contact us

Conditions

- The reservation are valid only with a booking deposit of the 20% paid by bank transfer or paypal.

- Rates are fully inclusive of electricity, hot and cold water, gas for the kitchen, all bed linen, bathroom towels, and final cleaning of the apartment..
- We do ask that the kitchen area and the Barbecue area are left clean and tidy at the end of your stay.

- Late arrival and delivery of the key with according to the guest.

Walking leisurely around the small village centres, going on a boat trip, exploring the surroundings in a wide choice of itineraries you can savour moments of culture and even joy.
Spring and Autumn are ideal to visit this area when time is warm and the natural colour of the nature are at the top. >Summer is ideal for holidays and swim into the lake.

If looking for fun and relax there is a good choise of amusemant parks and gardens. for those who love shopping there are opporunities meeting all needs, from the picturesque street markets to the most elegant shops. Lake Garda is also well known for its exciting night-life, its dolce vita: restaurants, cafes, the trendiest discos and entertainment of all kinds are to be found everywhere.

The Lazise area

Between Bardolino and Peschiera lies the town of LAZISE, whose name comes from “lacenses” that means “lacustrine place”.
The ancient nucleus of the town has medieval origin; it is surrounded by the walls erected by the Scaliger Family in the 14th century and its charming setting is dominated by the castle.
With its picturesque nooks Lazise is an enchanting place especially the square (piazza) and the small port, still animated by fishermen’s boats.
The characteristic narrow alleys are full of shops and arcades with bars and restaurants face the small port of Lazise.

To See: The Castle • The Custon House • St. Nicolò’s Church • The city walls • St. Zeno’s Church

Just a few minute from the lake, it is an ideal starting point for enjoyable trips to nearby cities of art, such as Verona, Vicenza, Padua and Venice.
Even more the city of Brescia, Bergamo, Milan, Mantua, Ferrara, Bologna, Florence and Pisa,

For children and your pleasure there are two large themeparks nearby accessed with complimetary buses and both are very good. GARDALAND and MOVIELAND.
GARDALAND is a themepark baded on rides with the new Sealife acquarium park.

MOVIELAND is a combination of rides and shows, with Caneva World, Aquaparadise, Rock and Roll cafè, and Medieval Banquet with show. Nearby you can see also NATURA VIVA SAFARI Park, JUNGLE park, and botanic SICURTA park.

Many GOLF Club are located around the Garda lake and all which green may to meet somebody's needs.

Only 2 klm there is a beautiful Therme del Garda open in winter too with natural hot water 37° and wellness centre.
At Sirmione (16klm) there is Aquaria spa, medical and wellness centre, both are higly recommended.

From the port of Lazise there are the Lake Garda paddle streamers to take you to any of the other lovely lakeside towns, like Sirmione, Bardolino, Garda, Limone and Malcesine (here take the cable and in 15 minutes you will be on the top of Monte Baldo, that overlooks the lake is absolutely breathless and in winter you also may to sky)

Lake Garda is ideally situated for excursions to Trento and the DOLOMITIES. Don't forget to see to a performance at the ARENA di VERONA during the Opera Season.or for your business at VERONA FIERA (only half an hour by car)
In this region almost every sport can be practised from tennis to paragliding, free-clambing, scuba-diving.

Sailing and windsurfing enthusiasts find here their ideal conditions and over the last years lake garda has been chosen by lovers of mounting-bike and has become world famous for the quality of its golf courses.

The area is accessible by Gardesana road 249 from the main A4 or A22, and it is equidistant between Venice in the east and Milan in the West.

The nearest airport is Verona VRN (25 min drive to lazise)

Car hire is easy at the airport of Bergamo , Verona and Milan.
The cheapest way to hire a car is to book on line using the compenson site "Travel Supermarket" and pick/drop at the airport in Italy.

You can relax and get to the Lake Garda by take a train to Milan/Venice and get off at Peschiera del Garda.
Lazise is a 10 minute taxi ride from there.

“Very nice flat, good location and a very friendly and amenable landlady” The flat is located outside the town centre of Lazise, which is within walking distance or a very short drive away. The town inside the city walls is lovely, beautifully situated on the lake. Lazise is also well located as a starting point for excursions, to attractions around the lake as well as further afield, e.g., Verona and Venice. The motorway is less than 15 min drive away. The flat itself is located in a small, modern apartment complex, and is of a good standard. There is no internet and no dishwasher, but everything else is there. The flat has two balconies, one of which is just big enough that a family of five can sit outside and enjoy the barbeque. The shared swimming pool is quite small, but big enough to keep children happy. The landlady is very friendly and amenable. Everything was quite straightforward. I'd be happy to return there.

We had a great time staying at Marisa ' and Renato' apartment it had lots of room and light over two floors, two great balconies and was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The owners were vey accommodating and helpful regarding arrival and departure. Lazise is a lovely little town and a great base for seeing Lake Garda .
