It is in a quiet location, a privately owned complex of 10 apartments , just a fifteen minute walk from the historic medieval centre of Lazise. There are many lovely restaurants, bars and pizzerias nearby.
Situated on the first floor the apartment has a south facing balcony enjoying sunshine all day and with the swimming pool with plenty of space for soaking the sun it offers the ideal combination of peaceful and exclusivity.
Leading from the living room is a balcony with stunning lake views, furnished with a barbecue and table with chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

The Lombardy / Lake Garda Area
Lake Garda is an oasis of relaxation and pleasure immersed in a Mediterranean climate lemons tree, oleanders, magnolias and bouganville, the cultivation of vineyards and olive groves produces good wine and olive oil.Garda lake offers a spendid natural scenery, full of colours, surrounded by the Dolomites of Brenta in the north and the gentle slopes of the morenic hills in the south Walking leisurely around the small village centres, going on a boat trip, exploring the surroundings in a wide choice of itineraries you can savour moments of culture and even joy.
If looking for fun and relax there is a good choise of amusemant parks and gardens. for those who love shopping there are opporunities meeting all needs, from the picturesque street markets to the most elegant shops. Lake Garda is also well known for its exciting night-life, its dolce vita: restaurants, cafes, the trendiest discos and entertainment of all kinds are to be found everywhere.
Lazise area
The medieval town of Lazise is a jewel on the lake and has some of the beautiful building in and around the piazza and around the harbour and shoreline.
It is vibrant during the day but never hectic and tranquil and romantic night.After a day of sun and swimming in the lake, one can wonder in the picturesque lanes amongst handcraft, flower, clothing and souvenir shops. You evening may be spent a friendly way around a typical italian table, there are countless genuine diches and goo local wines, the local olive-oil and the Bardolino wine, and later- a bar on the lake front, dancing a tavern and music.
Just a few minute from the lake, it is an ideal starting point for enjoyable trips to nearby cities of art, such as Verona, Brescia, Mantua, Trent, Vicenza, Ferrara and Venice.
For children and your pleasure there are many other attactions in the area including Gardaland theme park, Canevaworld theme park with Movieland , Aqua Paradise, Medieval Time ,Rock Cafè (all with a complimentary service) and Zoo safari park, all within easy travelling distance.
Only 2 klm there is a beautiful thermal park of Villa dei Cedri open in winter too with natural hot water 37° and wellness centre.
From the harbour of Lazise there are the Lake Garda paddle streamers to take you to any of the other lovely lakeside towns, like Sirmione, Malcesine, Limone, Garda.
Lake Garda is ideally situated for excursions to the Dolomities, to a performance at the Arena in Verona during the Opera Season. in this region almost every sport can be practised from tennis to paragliding, free-clambing, scuba-diving. Sailing and windsurfing enthusiasts find here their ideal conditions and over the last years lake garda has been chosen by lovers of mounting-bike and has become world famous for the quality of its golf courses.
How to get there
The area is accessible by road from the main A4 and equidistant between Venice in the east and Milan in the West.
The nearest airport is Verona but Brescia, Milano Bergamo and Venice are within easy travelling distance : low cost company Ryanair and EasyJet.
