Welcome to Arsinoe beach bungalow. Our property is a family owned beachside bungalow situated close to Latchi (Latsi) harbour which is available for rent directly from the owners. As you can see from the pictures we really are beachside and not a short walk or bus ride away.
Situated right on the famous beach of Latchi the bungalow which is on a comlex offers unobstructed views over the bay and the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The pretty picturesque village of Latchi and it's harbour are a short walk along the beach where you will find renowned local fish restaurants and tavernas. There is a PADI dive school and water sports centre in the village where boats, windsurfers and jet-skiis are available for hire.

Booking
A deposit of EUR150 plus 25% of the rental will be paid simultaneously with the booking .
Balance of Payment
Full payment of rental cost must be made to us no later than eight weeks prior to the rental commencement date. If the payments are not made on time then the booking will be cancelled and any amount paid until then is non-refundable.
It is strongly recommended that clients must arrange insurance personally for any loss and/or damage and/or injury they will have during their stay in the property.
Liability
The owners and www. are not liable for any damage, loss or personal injury which may be incurred by the property or by persons or by any property at any time during the reserved stay
Right to Decline
The owners and www. reserve the right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking, even after receipt of the final balance payment. In addition they are relieved of all liability should reserved accommodation not be available due to any circumstances. In such an instance, alternative arrangements will be made in similar accommodation, or a full refund will be offered.Right to terminate
The owners reserve the right to terminate this contract if the behaviour or conduct of the customer either prior to or during a holiday is not proper.
