The apartment form is part of an attractive two storey block on a spacious and prestigious development (a very well managed site), close to the coast and overlooked by the stunning mountains. It's a ground floor apartment with its own private walled garden and two large balconies with breathtaking views of Kyrenia mountains.

The interiors of the apartment has marble floors throughout, and is furnished to a high standard. The apartment benefits from Satellite TV with 109cm(42inch) TV and another TV in one of the bedrooms for console games which will also play your DVD and CD's (we have a lot of DVD films and music CD's and books in English). Key collection, car hire, welcome packs and airport transfers can all be arranged through the owners local managing agents. A child's highchair can be supplied upon request for a small supplement.

The apartment benefits from a large communal pool, separate children's pool which can be easily seen from the apartment and spacious grounds which provide a safe environment for the younger members of your party.

The property is only a short drive (15 min.) from Kyrenia with its unspoilt Venetian harbour, Byzantine castle and sophisticated restaurants whilst Escape Beach Club can be reached in a matter of minutes. Other golden beaches and Lapethos water park is within 2-3 min. drive.

This fully furnished 3 bedroom garden apartment is availble for holiday and short term lets only. The apartment offers a large lounge/diner, a well proportioned fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, en-suite bathroom to the master and a further family bathroom. With marble flooring throughout and both private and communal gardens. All rooms(3) and dining-living area are fully air-conditioned and extremely light and airey . Two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. A very large outside patio which looks directly onto the kidney shaped pool. Breathtaking views of the Besparmark mountain range.There is also a private patio off of the 2nd bedroom .

Large communal pool and garden well kept within a few yards. Separate children's pool which can be easily seen from the apartment. Only 250 metres away is the sea and a beautiful coastal walks. Many beaches close by and 15/20 min drive will get you to stunning Kyenia Harbour [the jewel of the Mediterranean]. Some impressive local spots are St. Hillarion castle and Bellapais Abbey. Peaceful atmosphere, ideal for families seeking relaxation.

- A 25% deposit must be received by the owner before a booking can be secured.

- Balance amount must be received no later than 1 month before arrival .

- A £120 secruity/damage deposit must also accompany the balance ...this will be returned forthwidth [normaly within 10 days] after the cleaner/ manager report has been received.

- All rates quoted include an allowance of £15 per week for electric use which should be adequate, any excess is payable by guests at standard Kibtec rates and deducted from the bond.

Our rates include a standard clean at the end of the stay. However guests are requested to respect our property and to keep the apartment clean and tidy. If additional cleaning is required it will be charged to the bond.

The Kyrenia region

Kyrenia, a 14th Century uncomercialised harbour: Dating back to Roman times, was eventually taken over by the Ottomans in 1571 without them firing a single shot. But enough of all the Nostalgia, the horseshoe shaped harbour which is filled with old and antique Turkish fishing boats is truly a delight .The low romantic lighting needs to be appreciated at dusk or night, it boasts scores of restaurants, bars cafe's most with outside waterfront dining but go to the back streets and fined some real jewels. A deal cheaper and perhaps more interesting. Its really very safe in spite of the narrow darkly lit cobbled streets. Be prepaid for the wailing of the Imrans from the several mosques which are located in the area calling the believers to prayer. Also in the harbour is Kyrenia Castle built by the Byzantines in the 7th century to protect the city from Arab raiders. It has apparently remained intact for centuries but has also been enlarged & better fortified over the last few hundred years. The northern Cyprus Region Climate: Northern Cyprus is blessed with the most pleasing climate in the whole of Europe.The winters are mild and rarely extend beyond February and with over 300 days of sunshine a year, the temperatures can reach into the 70s as early as March. In April and May Cyprus is at its most beautiful with fields of wild flowers in full bloom and the weather is not unlike that of good English summer. July and August are the hottest months and ideal for sun worshippers. Not surprisingly September and October are the most popular months as the weather is still wonderfully warm (rarely below 80F), but the evenings are cooler. To get a taste of Cyprus 30 years ago you are advised to visit the Karpaz peninsula where time stands still.There are miles of sandy beaches with not a person in sight even in the summer. Ancient towns, basilicas, ruins and tombs scatter the area waiting to be explored. Be sure to visit the old dungeons in Famagusta and the ancient ruins at Salamis.


Lapta Oceanside, is approx 8 miles from the famous 14th century harbor of Kyrenia in the Turkish Republic of

Northern Cyprus [TRNC]. Lapta (Lapithos) is located 8 miles west of Kyrenia. The main town is located behind the tourist strip along the beach and mountain views from the old town and Mediterranean views from the coast. Lapta strip is the main road through the town and offers bars, restaurants, pubs, cafes and hotels. Golden beaches and Lapethos water park is within 2-3 min. drive. The old town is a popular retreat for expatriates.Lapta is also known as Lapithos.
