This penthouse duplex has recently been completely renovated to a very luxurious and modern standard. Offering every amenity you could desire, as well as a rooftop penthouse terrace deck with private jacuzzi, shower, and sunloungers, with an absolutely beautiful Sea and Mountain view.

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite with walk in shower, main bathroom has a walk in shower aswell). Large balcony which every room in the house has access to, as well as penthouse private deck with jacuzzi (see photos, words can't describe). Large living room with large flat screen TV. Free wifi. Modern tasteful kitchen and decor.

It is located in the heart of the small fishing village of La Caleta. This area is uniquely special due to the people who live here, who are genuinely local and friendly people, as well as the overall feel of La Caleta being that of a upmarket yet laid-back picturesque seaside village.

The property is a new build and a 2 minute walk to what are probably the best restaurants in Tenerife.

If you are looking to simply enjoy your holiday-home, our downstairs balcony which wraps around the whole property offers beautiful peaceful views, and is larger than you could ever come to use. Enjoy with a book or a glass of wine overlooking the sea and mountains.

Upstairs is a large sun desk area where you can sunbathe privately all day long. Should you wish, you have your own private Jacuzzi hot tub on our upstairs decking area and watch the sun set over the Atlantic and our neighbouring island of La Gomera.

This village is also famous for it's fish restaurants and fishermen who supply fresh fish to the local restaurants daily. The top golf course in Tenerife has to be Costa Adeje Golf and this is within a 15 minute walk. Siam Park is a short drive away should you feel adventurous.

How do damage deposits work?
