The villa has a splendid top quality fully fitted modern kitchen, 2 new bath/shower rooms and air conditioning/warm air central heating. A long breakfast bar or for family meals an 8 seater dining table provide a great eating experience. For the evening you can relax in the lounge and watch a choice of satellite TV or listen to music on our new Ipod enabled Bose Music System plus there is a built-in outside barbecue, outdoor lighting around the villa and roof terrace together with pool lighting for that highly entertaining evening.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia/Barcelona region
Situated midway between the beautiful picturesque resort of L'Estartit and the historic town of Torroella De Montrgi you can enjoy the sun and sands as well as capturing a real feel for the true rural Catalan lifestyle. You can sample the the excellent cuisine at many of the restaurants set in the rural villages.
A typical example is Peratellada with its many restaurants surrounded by historic Spanish buildings which make a setting to die for. Dine outside or simply soak up the atmosphere in the streets accompanied by a taste of the local music.
If you visit between July and August you can experience the music festival which offers a great sample of traditional Spanish music and attracts acts from all over the world, you really feel like you are a million miles away from home.
The area is full of culture and Figueres (Spanish: Figueras)is only less than 30 mins drive away and is the capital of the Comarca (district) of Alt Empordà, in the province of Girona, Catalonia, Spain.
The town is the birthplace of artist Salvador Dalí, and houses the Teatre-Museu Gala Salvador Dalí, a large museum designed by Dalí himself which attracts many visitors. It is also the birthplace of Narcís Monturiol i Estarriol, inventor of the first combustion powered submarine and anaerobic engine.
Sheltered by the Pyrennes mountains, the region boasts long Sunny days throughout the year and average temperatures in the high 20's right through to the end of October.
If you want an active holiday the resort offers excellent sports activities and is a premier diving centre having some of the best waters for diving in the whole of the Mediterranean.
The L'Estartit area
Local Market in L'Estartit every Thursday. Watersports in L'Estartit and a short drive at L'Escala. Fashion shopping and endless sightseeing at Barcelona about 1 1/4 hour drive - an ideal base for the vibrant city of Barcelona.
A large selection of good quality Restaurants are located in the local area and surrounding villages offering traditional Spanish and Catalan style cuisine.
Water parks at Roses and Lloret De Mar both 1/2 hr away. Emporda Golf is only 10 mins drive away or Tennis courts only 5 mins.

Great location - quiet, close to shopping, near Estartit but not too near, and close to beautiful limestone hills. Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable lounge / dining room and superb pool.
