The Villa is clean modern and furnished to a high standard to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. The Villa is situated in a quiet position surrounded by conservation area on the Security Gated Cumbrian Lakes development. It is only 10-15 minutes drive to the main entrance of Walt Disney World, & yet it is also within easy reach of the beautiful Gold Coast (Cocoa/Daytona Beach) and the Gulf Coast (St Pete's/Clearwater) if you need a break from the fun of the Theme Parks. The closest beach is about a 45 minute drive if you want to top up your tan or do some boogie boarding.
The Guest Book has many compliments regarding the comfort of the Villa, and also the well stocked equipment and facilities. The Property Management Company is on hand very locally, so can easily assist with any matter if required.
There are 5 full bedrooms and a 'Den' area and the Villa will accommodate all guests comfortably. There is also a cot + linen, high chair, & buggy/stroller for any tiny guests.
Wireless Broadband is available for your complimentary use should you wish to bring your own Laptop or Ipad.

The decor is plain yet refined, and the furnishings have all been co-ordinated to match making the appearance of the home inviting. There is plenty of room for two families to share the Villa.

The Villa is built on a larger than normal plot, but is certainly not isolated, as there are neighbours both sides. The garden is kept neat and tidy and is stocked with sub tropical foliage. Overlooking the lake in the rear garden are Palm trees and a stone bench seat to watch the lake wildlife. To the front of the property there is a double garage, and room on the block paved driveway for 2 vehicles.
