The resort is set in a sprawling conservation area with beautiful lakes and woodland but still only 4 miles from the famous Walt Disney World.
The villa is superbly presented and provides an ideal surrounding for that perfect holiday. Relax in the well furnished livings areas, get a good nights sleep in the private comfortable bedrooms and soak up the sun by your private pool.
Choose from a huge variety of activities on your doorstep including Lakeside beach volleyball and visit the Florida of the 1800’s in the adjoining Shingle Creek Reserve, explore miles of Nature Trails, try your hand at kayaking or simply relax with a book on the pavilion in the midst of the beautiful orange groves. The villa is also superbly situated for all that the fantastic area of Kissimmee has to offer.

This well designed holiday home is spacious and well equipped. Every effort and thought has gone into providing you with a relaxing and enjoyable environment that will make your holiday in magical Florida a truly memorable one.

Large, open plan room, elegantly furnished where you can relax and unwind after experiencing the fabulous sites and sounds of the famous holiday parks.

For those evenings when you prefer a formal meal the large dining table with 8 chairs is ideal for everyone to gather round and share their stories and adventures of the day.
Kitchen and Breakfast Area
Complete with modern appliances and utensils, including fridge/freezer with ice making machine, toaster, coffee machine, cooker and microwave. There is a lovely breakfast area that can seat 8, from here you can enjoy your breakfast whilst looking out to the pool area and begin a great start to each day
Family room
Relax in the modern informal sitting room overlooking the large pool, with comfortable seating. The area is ideal for chatting whilst watching the 50” 3D Full HD LCD TV. With stunning high ceilings, the family room is the heart of this beautiful villa.

Located off the family room this grand master bedroom has a King size bed with LCD TV, a huge walk in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin.

If you want an exciting, fun-packed, unforgettable holiday Orlando is a pretty good destination to choose! The main attraction in Orlando is of course Walt Disney World, there is no other place like it on earth.
Walt Disney World is amazing and is guaranteed to make your holiday an unforgettable experience for kids and big kids alike!
There are six theme parks within Walt Disney World- The Magic Kingdom with its seven lands of adventure; Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom; Epcot Centre which combines technology and fun. Then there are two amazing waterparks- Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Within all of the parks you will find endless places to eat, shop and be entertained.
Outside of Walt Disney World Orlando has lots more to offer. The International Drive area has an incredible 150-plus restaurants to choose from and lots of themed bars and live shows that are great for all the family. Close to International Drive you will also find the Premium Outlet Mall which is great for shopaholics!
Lake Buena Vista found at the gates to Walt Disney World also offers a massive choice of shops, restaurants and activities for you to try.
A little further away from Walt Disney and all its attractions you'll find Kissimmee which is a little more representative of real Floridian life. It has a more chilled out atmosphere as its a little further away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks but it still has lots of places to eat, drink and shop. This is a great place to go and chill out after a hard day of riding white knuckle rides!
If roller-coasters and waterparks are not your idea of fun Orlando is still an amazing place to holiday. There are several world class golf courses in the area and numerous activities for you to try from horse riding to water skiing. You're only around an hour from the Gulf coast if you fancy a trip to the beach or a drive along the coast. Whatever you choose to do during your stay one thing is for sure, you'll never be bored in Orlando!
The Kissimmee / Veranda Palms area
Kissimee is a great option if you want to be close to all the attractions of Disney and Universal but far away enough to be able to chill out after a hard days sightseeing. Kissimmee is a laid-back town with authentic wood-fronted shops and tree-lined streets.
There are several large shopping malls on Kissimees main street and if you want something a little different head for Old Town Mall which recreates a 19th century village complete with a spooky haunted house and an antique fairground!
Kissimmee has numerous outdoor activities on offer. You can go horse riding, fishing, or sailing on one of the many lakes. Another popular attraction enjoyed by many tourists is the airboat safari where you can fly along the waterways and take in the beautful surroundings, full of wildlife.
Veranda Palms is located just off Highway 192 at the end of seven dwarfs lane and ideally located for literally dozens of bars and restaurants from steak houses to Pizzas and with the Wallmart and Target supermarkets within a very short drive. It is also just a short stroll away from the wonderful Shingle Creek Nature Reserve with footpaths, lakes and children's play areas.

We enjoyed 8 wonderful days at Villa Nirvana. We were an extended family, a groop of 8 people including teenagers and a baby. All of us wish to emphasize that the time we spent at the villa was wonderful. Every thing in the villa is beautiful and of high standard. The villa is new and located in a gated community that is away (but not far) from the main streets - a safe location for a family vacation specially with kids. The location is near the theme parks and all the attraction Orlando has to offer. There are plenty of restaurants and a large supermarket close by. Everything seems to be in the neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped to cook for a larger group, with plenty of room to eat. The pool is excellent, very clean and big enough to fit few people without getting crowded. In the main leaving room there is a 3D Flat screen TV, stereo system, blu-ray player and an XBox with Kinect. There are two more flat screens TV in the bedrooms. The owner - Mr. Thor Berentsen is very nice and made sure our holiday will be perfect. We'll recommend this wonderful villa to our friends . |

It appeared we may have been the first renters there? Everything was very clean, neat, and new.
We loved the house and area so much that we visited the sales center to look into getting our own vacation home at Veranda Palms. Until a purchase happens, we will be sure to rent your home again in the near future. We visit Orlando every year around this time for business reasons.
