Dolphin Villa is tucked away in the much sort after location of Doral Woods. This large 4 Bed, 2.5 Bathroom villa is set on a very large and very private South facing lot. (nearly 1 acre) This is a fabulous pool home to rent as Walt Disney World is less than15 minutes drive away. As it is set in a nice conservation area there is quite a bit of friendly wildlife around too. We also have a large collection of fruit trees in the rear garden, which includes lemons, Limes, Oranges & Grapefruits, just help yourself!

This is our own holiday home, so furnishings are to quite a high standard, as you can see from the pictures. This is definitely NOT like your average holiday home that you may have stayed in before in the Orlando area. This beautiful holiday home is close enough to all the major theme parks, but far enough out in the countryside to enjoy a very peaceful and relaxing break. Many other pictures of our villa are available on request, just ask.

We have adjacent villas owned by neighbours & friends to also rent either next door, across the street or round the corner too, so if you have a large group & don't want to share this is perfect for you, your family & friends.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

The Villa is situated just south of the famous 192, in a very sort after area called Doral Woods.
Disney World is only approx 15 minutes away and Sea World and the Universal Parks are approx 30 minutes away. As the location is in central Florida, the beaches either side are approximatley an hour to an hour and a half away depending on traffic.
Orlando has good weather all year round, but its especially hot in the summer months May/June through to September.

Kissimmee / Doral Woods area

Walt Disney World, Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure, Sea World and Discovery Cove, Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens Cyprus Gardens, International Drive Shopping etc etc.
Apart from the major attractions this area has masses of golf courses, some very close by. Loads of shopping.
There is a Horse World located just 2 minutes away where you can hire a Pony or Horse and go on a Hack or just a small accompanied ride if you want to. There is also a small petting farm there as well. Close by there are also some lovely nature walks. At the bottom of the main road there is also Air Boat rides too.

How to get there

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approx 25-30 minutes drive away from the car hire depot at the Airport itself to the Villa. Sanford is also only about 50mins away.
There are a few tolls on the way that will total approx' $2.50 from MCO if you use the Greenway 417 road which is the most easiest. Sanford has a few more tolls but not too many.

Decor set to quite a high standard, not your usual Disney Agency Rental Vacation home, All Bed linens, towels including beach towels are included in villa for personal use as well as hairdryers,straighteners and other handy stuff too like family and kids games, DVDs etc. Free Cable TV and free Broadband connection .

The villa is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, this includes everything from a tea pot and egg cups to a gas BBQ and sunbed loungers. We have a babies bed, a cot and a high chair, plus a cordless baby monitor/alarm. We also have a selection of children's games and baby toys and also pool toys, including floats and arm bands. All towels including beach towels are supplied, so you won't need to bring one at all.

The villa also has free Cable TV with TV's in 3 Bedrooms and a Free Broadband Computer modem for your personal use whilst at the villa. A lso a remote controlled electric garage door for added ease, security and peace of mind if required.

Very large mature with un-overlooked south facing rear garden with its own private heated outdoor screen covered pool. Large driveway leading to remote controlled opening large double garage with internal door to villa.

We now have a full sat nav system available to hire from the U.K. which has both U.K. and full U.S.A maps built in for ease of use whilst in the U.S.A., this makes finding your way to the villa very easy, whether it is to find your ways to and from the airport or just finding the theme parks and other attractions. Hire of this unit requires a refundable deposit. * Please ask for further information regarding the hire cost etc.

A meet and greet service is also available to and from both airports which includes taking you to collect your car from the rental company the next day. A Maid service is also available if required. * Please ask for additional information on additional charges for these services.

** Updates for 2008 include TV's in Bedrooms, other than Master Suite, New Corner suite with built in recliners and double sofa bed and all new bedding throughout too.
