Sleeps 4 with a sofa bed in the lounge area. Great central location to start enjoying your holiday in Cyprus whether you want to just stay local and enjoy the bars and restaurants or laze by the pool or venture out to visit the old town or harbour or even further a field to Akamas Nature Reserve or the Troodos Mountains. Just next to the apartment is a Superbowl, Bakery and Convenience store.

Open plan very clean and modern. Sat T.V which includes BBC, ITV and Channel 4. Family dining area with table and chairs. Balcony overlooking the pool area but very private with nobody overlooking it.

Fantastic communal pool area with sunbeds provided. To the front of the development there is also a communal garden area for you to relax and enjoy.

Cancellation Policy - Booking is confirmed with a £100 non refundable deposit. Payment must be made in full 6 weeks prior to holiday. No cancellations can be made after this point.
The Paphos region


Paphos is a fast growing resort, however it is very proud of its archaeological heritage, which has qualified the resort as an UNESCO World heritage site. Paphos is split into 2 areas - Upper Paphos known locally as Ktima Paphos and lower Paphos known as Kato Paphos. Kato Paphos is the main tourist area focusing around the harbour lined with open-air fish restaurants and home to most of the historic sites.
The Kato Paphos / Queens Gardens area
Kato Paphos is a small harbour that leads to a castle at the far end. The world’s greatest mosaics are situated just off the harbour side. There are many shops and restaurants open until late, there is nothing more relaxing than sitting at one of these restaurants by the waterside enjoying a meal and a drink watching the sun set. Kato Paphos is a place for people of all ages. There is also a fantastic vibrant nightlife to enjoy.
If you don’t want to hire a car but still want to explore the Paphos region, there is a bus service that stops directly outside the building. For a small fee you can use this to either take a short trip to town or if you want to venture further, you can take a trip as far as Coral Bay.
Just a 15 minute drive from Queens Gardens is The Secret Valley Golf Course, a highly prestigious golf course located near the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite.
Also in the area is the Paphos Water Park. This offers the biggest family rafting ride in Europe and attracts over 100,000 visitors a year.

Everday there are numerous flights into Paphos International Airport from the UK. Some of the providers are Easy Jet, First Choice, Thomson Fly amongst others. Try using www.skyscanner.net for all cheap flights. The airport is undergoing extensive refurbishment and expansion, this is due for completion on the 11th November 08. You can also fly into Larnaca International Airport -this is at the other side of the island to Paphos and is approx 150km away.
Taxis are plentifull outside the Airport and cost from 30eur to Paphos town. it should take around 25mins from the Airport.
Car hire is also widely available. You can collect and book hire cars on arrival at the airport. Driving in Cyprus is easy as they drive on the same side of the road as the UK. I find that hire cars are usually cheaper if you book them before you travel.

Just returned from Katos Paphos having spent a week here staying at the Queens Gardens apartments Late Sept to early Oct. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was excellent for getting about with a bus stop right outside and within walking distance of the beach, harbour & Tomb of the Kings. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
