Great central location to start enjoying your holiday in Cyprus whether you want to just stay local and enjoy the bars and restaurants or laze by the pool or venture out to visit the old town or harbour or even further a field to Akamas Nature Reserve or the Troodos Mountains. Open plan very clean and modern. Sat T.V including a few English channels. Family dining area with table and chairs. Balcony overlooking the pool area but very private with nobody overlooking it.

Fantastic communal pool area with sunbeds provided. To the front of the development there is also a communal garden area for you to relax and enjoy.
Please note we do not allow smoking within the apartment. We wil deduct the cost of deep cleaning from the security deposit if this has occurred.
The Paphos region
Paphos is a fast growing resort, however it is very proud of its archaeological heritage, which has qualified the resort as an UNESCO World heritage site. Paphos is split into 2 areas - Upper Paphos known locally as Ktima Paphos and lower Paphos known as Kato Paphos. Kato Paphos is the main tourist area focusing around the harbour lined with open-air fish restaurants and home to most of the historic sites.
Kato Paphos is a small harbour that leads to a castle at the far end. The world’s greatest mosaics are situated just off the harbour side. There are many shops and restaurants open until late, there is nothing more relaxing than sitting at one of these restaurants by the waterside enjoying a meal and a drink watching the sun set. Kato Paphos is a place for people of all ages. There is also a fantastic vibrant nightlife to enjoy.
If you don’t want to hire a car but still want to explore the Paphos region, there is a bus service that stops directly outside the building. For a small fee you can use this to either take a short trip to town or if you want to venture further, you can take a trip as far as Coral Bay.
Just a 15 minute drive from Queens Gardens is The Secret Valley Golf Course, a highly prestigious golf course located near the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite.
Also in the area is the Paphos Water Park. This offers the biggest family rafting ride in Europe and attracts over 100,000 visitors a year.

"Excellent Apartment, great location."
We recently spent 10 days in this apartment, and it was everything we wished for.
The location is good, only 10 minutes walk from the harbour area and 20 minutes from Paphos old town (buses right on the door step if you don't wish to walk), right next to a big new shopping mall, a minute or 2 from many good tourist bars and good restaurants in Kato Paphos.
The apartment is very roomy and extremely well equipped. The temperature was mid thirties all the time we were there, but the air conditioning coped very well. The pool area is nice and the pool excellent.
As said before, we couldn't have wished for more.

"Central Location, modern, clean, very cold apartment, good in summer"
Nice large apartment, everything you need is there, shopping mall next door, handy for food shopping and snacks, cinema, designer shops, walking distance of harbour and restaurants walking distance to bus routes, not very good in winter, as apartment doesn't get any sun. would be ideal in hot summer.
