About the home

Luxury 3 bed, 2 bathroom, Leptos built property on the beautifully landscaped Regina Gardens complex. It is very tastefully decorated throughout. All bedrooms have air-conditioning units, as does the main lounge. The lounge/diner has patio doors that lead to a terrace overlooking two large swimming pools and a childrens pool. Regina Gardens is a short walk to the Tomb of the Kings Road which has many bars and restaurants for your night life and entertainment. A main bus route also runs along this road to Coral Bay, Paphos town and the Harbour. There is WIFI internet available. A Baby cot and High chair is available.The property is just a short walk to restaurants, bars and the sea.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned (cooling and heating) with extra portable heaters and fans. Fly screens are on all windows and patio doors. The kitchen is fully equiped with oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, iron & ironing board. The lounge/dining area has all your entertainment needs; TV with satellite, dvd, Cd / cassette stereo system, some board games and books. There is a shower room on the ground floor and a family bathroom & 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, linen, towels and hairdryers are provided. Beach /Pool Towels are not provided. A Large double fully sprung sofabed in the lounge will sleep an additional 2 adults. Outside there is a large balcony from the master bedroom. There are gardens at the front and back of the property together with a BBQ tables and chairs for 8, plus loungers and sunbeds. There are also additional sunbeds at the communal swimming pools. There is also a cot and High chair for infants.

Car: not necessary
Paphos is on the South Westerly coast of Cyprus. The villa is ideally situated as it is on the edge of Paphos town and a short drive or bus to Coral Bay beach. There are a couple of Mini Marts within a 5 minute walk away. On the Tomb of the Kings Road there are many Bars, Restaurants and Tavernas a short walk away. The Paphos International Airport is a 15-20 minute drive away. The Tombs of the Kings are within a short walk away, while the Paphos Mosaics are a UNESCO site that is less than 1 1/2 miles away.

Faclities nearby: Nearby harbour of Paphos with water sports, sailing, restaurants serving sea food, and the old Castle, not to mention the Roman Villas site where you can see marvellously preserved mosaics. Tomb of the Kings site 10mins walk away. Wonderful coastal drive to Coral Bay and Agios Georgias fishing harbour and restaurants by the sea. Market in the old town 5 mins drive away. Lots of interesting shops in Paphos.

“An absolute pleasure ... wonderful place to stay, close enough to everything.” If I go here again, I probably will, I'd get the bus from the airport rather than hire a car. Plenty of cheaper cars on the Tomb of the Kings Road. Local pub accessed through the complex, past the pools, is excellent value food and has Wi-Fi at sensible cost. The house is well equiped and comfortable.
