Bellona rooftop gardens is a small block of 10 apartments set in a quiet part of Kato Paphos, however the town with it's wide variety or bars & restaurants is only a 15 minute walk away.It is ideal for all age groups, appealing to holiday makers looking for nightlife or young families seeking relaxation. Golfers can take advantage of the 4 local golf courses within 20 minutes drive.
The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard, with a large balcony leading from both living area & bedroom. The balcony is furnished with dining furniture & 2 steamer chairs for relaxing. There is a private roof garden also furnished with dining furniture & sunbeds, a barbecue & sink; perfect for watching the sun set over the sea. There is a shallow children's pool & a shared pool with plenty of space for sunbeds, a communal barbecue & fridge for larger get-togethers.

The Paphos District
Paphos and the surrounding area has something for everyone. Ski-ing in winter in the Troodos mountains only an hour away. Two/three day cruises to Egypt and the Holy Land. Excellent golf courses, and for the beach lovers, a wide range of watersports.
There is much to explore - the Tombs of the Kings, Mosaics, the baths of Aphrodite, monastries, vineyards, wineries to name but a few. It is easy to get around as it is well connected to the rest of the island by scenic routes or motorway and within only a few kilometres you can be in an area of rugged hills and impressive countryside. The furthest resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa can be reached within three hours and Larnaca and Nicosia within two hours.
The stunning Troodos mountains have natural waterfalls and breathtaking scenery which you can visit either by hiring a car and exploring the mountains at your leisure or by joining a jeep safari. Ski-ing in the Troodos mountains is often possible in the winter months.
With the warmest climate in the EU and an average of 340 days of sunshine, it is the ideal place to relax or explore for the annual holiday, a long winter break or just to unwind for a stress-free week. English is widely spoken and the locals are friendly and welcoming. Driving is on the left and electricity is 240V using 3-pin plugs.
Kato Paphos / Universal Gardens area
Kato Paphos is centred around the picturesque harbour where you can watch the world go by in the open-air cafes and restaurants along the quayside. Venture into the town for shops and even more bars and restaurants. Don’t forget to try the local Keo Beer, very nice and refreshing after a hot day!
The House of Dionysos, the ancient burial chambers at the Tombs of the Kings and the Byzantine castle are just a sample of the many fascinating historical sites worth a visit. The best beach by far is found at Coral Bay.

How to get there
Fly to Paphos international Airport. Flights available with BA, Thomas Cook or First Choice and many other flights can be found. Kato Paphos is aprox 10km from the airport and will take about a 15 minute drive. Car hire is available at the airport if required, although I would recommend to pre-book one and get a better deal(I found europe car the best on the internet). A taxi from the airport should cost between 17-20 CYP. Car hire is not necessary within Paphos but it will be required if you want to explore the rest of the island

Further details indoors: *A playstation 2 has been provided to keep gamers young & old amused (remember to bring your own games). There is also a range of board games *The 2 single beds in the bedroom can easily be pushed & locked together to make a large double.
Further details outdoors: The roof garden is solely for the use of this apartment. It is walled & gated, so it is safe for families with young children (under supervision). There is a barbecue, power socket & sink, a table with 4 chairs, parasol & 4 sunbeds.There is also a communal shower for cooling down.
The shared pool has ample space for sunbeds which are kept in a private lockable cupboard poolside-no need to carry everything upstairs at the end of the day! There is a also a shallow pool for children, a toilet, shower & a large communal barbecue.A covered parking space is next to the external staircase which is shared by only one other apartment, keeping noise to a minimum.
There is now a separate utility cupboard on the rear terrace for the washing machine leaving internal space at its maximum.
