Villa Kenchico is a superb 6 bedroom villa set in mature gardens of 2500sqm, with panoramic views over the Montgo mountain and to the sea at Denia.
This is the villa for groups of friends or families to relax and enjoy with occasional trips to the beaches or theme parks. There is a boules piste and along with the great dining area overlooking the pool Kenchico villa encourages people to relax and enjoy the facilities.

The villa is situated in Monte Pedreguer, in private grounds between the towns of Javea and Denia.
2 bathrooms with separate showers and a separate wc. The villa is ideal for groups or families and has 2 dining areas, 2 fitted kitchens, 2 tower rooms with satellite TV,
Outside there is the pool, approx 11m x 5m, which has astounding views to the Montgo mountain, and the sea across the town of Denia. Pool loungers are available for 12 as well as pool furniture to enjoy lunch al fresco.

The views from the balcony are panoramic and look directly over the pool area which is lit at night.

The pool is cleaned regularily and has steps leading into the shallow end. Dinner is often taken on the upper balcony which has a gas fired BBQ and ample seating. Ideal for relaxing in the shade, or watching the night lights in the evening.

The Balcony can easily accommodate 12 for dinner. Two of the upper bedrooms look on this area.

The gardens are mature with many palm trees.

Jacaranda, almond trees, cacti,and bougainvillea are amongst the many plants that can be found in the extensive terraced garden.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Javea (pronounced Havia and spelt locally Xabia) has been officially classified by the World Health Authority as 'environmentally near perfect' and has been designated a conservastion area with no high-rise construction permitted.

The region is known as the 'oasis of Spain' due to an abundance of olive groves, almond trees, citrus fruits, vines and pine forests making the area green all year. Javea enjoys an average of 300 days of sunshine and it's said this is where the sun goes on holiday. Known as the White Coast there are hundreds of beautiful coves with Blue Flag status stretched along its spectacular coastline.

Javea / La Plana area

Originally an old fishing village, Javea is now split into three parts. The old town is steeped in history with its famous church, whitewashed buildings and narrow streets. The harbour with its fishing boats, nightly fish markets and a large marina, and the Arenal, a sandy beach with lots of restaurants, bars and a buzzing beach life. The crystal clear Mediterranean coastline stretches for 25kms with a variery of sandy, rocky and pebbled beaches.

Local leisure facilities include tennis, golf, water sports and horse riding. In particular by car, Javea Golf Club is 10 minutes, La Sella Golf 10 minutes, Moraira Golf 25 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes. On a daily basis there are weekly markets in many of the nearby villages and towns

How to get there

Fly to either Valencia airport or Alicante. Both are just under an hours drive to the villa.
Most budget airlines such as Easyjet will fly to these airports

A deposit of 30% is required in order to reserve and book the villa and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.

A security deposit of £250 is required with the final balance. This will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. Travel cot linen to be provided by yourselves. For bookings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for £60 per change, advance notice will be required. Linen, towels provided. Beach and pool towels need to be provided by the tenants.

Change-over must take place on a Saturday.The villa is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection, cleaning and linen change to take place. We will do our best to be as flexible as possible....
