Beautiful Waikiki City & Ocean view condo on the 35th floor!

Fully furnished studio unit with large lanai, Queen bed, twin beds & sofa. Table & chairs on the lanai. Flooring in living & kitchen, kitchenette with large fridge, microwave, built in two burner stove top, flat screen TV with cable (Basic), wifi, A/C, towels, linens, and cooking utensils provided.

Nice swimming pool and deck area, large outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, free use of gas BBQ, mini-mart, and many other amenities. 24 hour manned security. Laundromat in the building.

Fitness Center is on the 6th floor. There is a one time fee of $5 per person.

You can see City & Ocean View and you also can enjoy watching fireworks from Hilton Hotel every Friday night from the lanai.The lanai is very large, so you can enjoy having breakfast, lunch and dinner with beautiful views.

The property is located two blocks from Waikiki Beach, and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. Many restaurant & International Market near the building. You can take in surfing, canoe surfing, snorkel, or just enjoy the sun!

The bus stops within a half block from the property.

Oahu has one of the very best bus lines in the USA. You can plan to see the whole island – lots of dining and local shops.

Security deposit required. Subject to tax. Parking not included, but available in building, parking fee is $35 a day or free along the street on Ala Wai Blvd. No smoking inside this unit. No pets.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Santo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
