4 bedroom Fiesta Villa famous with its spectacular design, has got a superb location just at 10 minutes walking distance to the lively centre Hisaronu. Relaxing and wonderful sea views and mountain views from all large and spacious terraces and balconies, very large private garden and private pool offer an amazing family holiday.

You can walk 10 minutes both to Hisaronu centre and to the main road to take the Dolmus (local transports) passing every 5 minutes to all directions like Oludeniz (Blue Lagoon) and Fethiye.

The villa has got a lounge, a kitchen and a bedroom on the ground floor. It has got another lounge and kitchen on the first floor. The other three bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two of them are en suite inside the two of the four bedrooms.

There are 2 double sofa beds; each in the two lounges.

Conditions

The simple procedure for booking is as follows:

1. You let us know that you would like to book, and then we provisionally reserve your dates

2. You send the 50% of the rental cost, as the booking deposit, into our bank account

3. We confirm your booking and send you your booking voucher upon receipt of the booking deposit

4. The balance of rental cost and the cost for any extra service if required are charged cash on your arrival

All payments can be done in GBP or Euros

• Breakage deposit equivalent to 100 GBP is charged from the guests on arrival and refunded upon the satisfactory property inspection before departure
