Maison Asher, awarded the TripAdvisor 2018/2019 Certificate of Excellence, is a modern and beautifully appointed villa is set in Garrigues – Ste. Eulalie, a 12th century village. This community is surrounded by notable vineyards (several which offer tastings) and gorgeous fields. Located 10 minutes southwest of the medieval town of Uzes. A true gem of a town with lofty towers and narrow streets, Uzes is characterized as one of the 10 best small towns and villages in France. Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a delightful market in the center of town in the Places des Herbes.Historical sites abound and are too numerous to mention them all. Pont-du-Gard is an ancient Roman aqueduct built in the 1st century AD. Avignon has its Palace of the Popes and famous bridge. Nimes and Arles both have Roman temples and arenas. Montpellier is a vibrant university town, yet still retains its medieval heart. Uzes is only a short drive to Provence with its rich towns and villages. Maison Asher is immaculate with all modern furniture and bedding. The single-floor house is spacious and features an open floor plan flooded with light. Easy to maintain, it is tiled throughout with area rugs. The dining area and kitchen open directly to a covered terrace, furnished with a comfortable, contemporary seating area. The covered patio, off the pool, is private and features a barbecue grill and dining area that seats 8. The private salt-water swimming pool (approximately 4 x 8.5 m) and solar blanket makes for an enjoyable 26° water temperature. The swimming pool is professionally maintained and enclosed with a child-proof fence for safety and security. Views from the terrace and pool area look out onto the neighboring vineyards, an ancient stone barn, and the bell tower of the village's 12th Century chapel. The home has been tastefully decorated with contemporary pieces juxtaposed with French antiques – thereby creating balance and harmony throughout. Modern amenities include a large flat screen HD TV, DVD player, WIFI, and UK satellite TV service. There is also a desk for setting up your PC.The master bedroom features a queen size bed and with an en-suite bath (single vanity, WC, & shower). The 2nd bath is spacious with a double vanity, shower, & large bathtub. Both bathrooms have heated towel racks. A separate WC is also adjacent to the 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have 2 single beds each, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. A baby bed with mattress and high chair are also available. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and are stocked with quality linens. All bedrooms and main floor windows are screened. Additionally, high quality bath, kitchen, and pool towels are provided. The villa offers plenty of secure and gated parking. The kitchen is fully furnished with an induction cook-top, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and coffee/espresso machine. Also included are indoor and outdoor dishware, silverware for 12, cooking utensils and a cheese serving set. Why can't I call Marc (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marc (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
