Stunningly restored medieval stone farmhouse with original character features and all the modern facilities. The property has 340 square meters of accommodation, with 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathroom/shower rooms. The mas is set in 1500 square meters of walled, landscaped grounds with pool, pool house and outdoor toilet and shower.

The ground floor features a large living room with a stone fireplace, fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room, conservatory opening on to the pool and garden, TV room with sofa bed, entrance hall and laundry room/WC. There is also a large double bedroom with an en suite shower room.

On the first floor, the master suite provides a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom and its own living room with mezzanine and fireplace. There are a further 3 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a second fully equipped kitchen/living room with a sofa bed and a large terrace with fantastic views to the west where you can admire the sun set.

Hot water in the summer is provided by means of solar power. In the winter, there is central heating (radiators/under floor) provided by a bio mass boiler.

Veel dank voor de tijd die u neemt om uw beoordeling te schrijven - ik zou graag een paar punten verduidelijken. Met betrekking tot het parkeren: Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid op de binnenplaats aan de voorzijde van het huis. Niemand anders heeft opgemerkt dat ze een probleem hadden om hun voertuig te keren, met inbegrip van de bezoekers die dit jaar kwamen met een heel grote stacaravan. Het spijt me dat er problemen waren bij het gebruik van de oven en BBQ – evenals het probleem met het veranderen van de gasfles. Ik denk dat onze conciërge u op de hoogte heeft gebracht dat in geval van problemen we hebben iemand hebben die op 10 minuten afstand woont van het huis en op korte tijd kan komen. We hebben altijd de apparatuur gecontroleerd vóór en na het seizoen en alles werkte heel goed toen we in het huis in juni en oktober waren; de technieker heeft geen speciale problemen gevonden in oktober en niemand anders heeft opgemerkt dat ze een probleem hadden . Het is niet nodig om naar Saint Ambroix te gaan voor de dagelijkse benodigdheden. Er is een bakker, slager en een goed gevulde supermarkt in Saint Jean, het volgende dorp - 5 minuten rijden van Saint Denis. Dit is inbegrepen in onze "Informatie voor de gasten" die beschikbaar is het huis om al onze bezoekers te helpen .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrew (the owner) a message.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
