This luxuriously large 2-bedroom apartment (90m2 in size/about 1500 square feet)

is located within easy and enjoyable walking distance of all main Split attractions—

Diocletian palace, popular cafes and boutiques, and some of the city's best

beaches. If you don't like to walk, this location is also ideal for you—several

public bus lines that go to the city center are in the close proximity of the

apartment building.

The apartment is on the first floor (second floor in US terms), thus easily accessible

while also guaranteeing full privacy. It can comfortably accommodate 6

people and it consists of two large, beautiful, and quiet bedrooms (both with

wardrobes); one fully equipped modern kitchen that is connected to a

dining area perfect for large meals; one spacious, beautifully furnished and

sunny living room; one newly renovated bathroom and separate toilet room,

and a large balcony that is great for an evening drink and conversation while fully protected from

outside view. The apartment has a dishwashwer, washing machine, AC,

breakfast bar, and flat screen TV. Free wifi is also available.

How do damage deposits work?

If Suzana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
