Emerald Villa is a spacious five bedroom home with its own private pool & hot tub, located in the prestigious Hampton Lakes development, only 14 miles from the Walt Disney World theme parks. Our lovely villa provides all the luxuries of home and our aim is to provide you with a comfortable & relaxing vacation! Our home caters to guests with mobility difficulties by providing a shower stool & grab handles in the main shower. The two en-suite Master Bedrooms are located on the ground floor and we have portable ramps for wheelchair access over the small step at the front door.There`s a games room with a quality 8' pool table, a 65" widescreen SMART LED TV, complimentary high speed wireless internet access, free international telephone calls and much more!PrivacyWhile close to prime attractions and the convenience of the major highways, Hampton Lakes is a quiet neighborhood that makes for a wonderfully private retreat. You will be able to enjoy your family time together in the private pool area without interruption or prying eyes.Emerald Villa is in the executive part of the Hampton Lakes development where the homes are spaced further apart on oversized lots and is built on higher ground than the homes behind, so our pool area is not directly overlooked. We have installed privacy screening around the pool to add that extra level of seclusion. In addition, there are maturing shrubs & bushes behind our home that give additional privacy and ambiance. This privately owned luxury home is an ideal base from which to explore both Central Florida and the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts. The location of Hampton Lakes is excellent, giving close proximity to the famous theme parks, restaurants, shopping malls & the many local golf courses. Both coasts can be reached within 1.5 hours drive, leading to the exquisite & idyllic beaches of Daytona, Clearwater, Cocoa or Playalinda. Because of its location, Hampton Lakes has become the premier vacation-home community for Central Florida.Highway 27 gives quick and easy access to both the US192 and Interstate 4 and these are the 2 roads you will use to reach all the parks, restaurants & shops. Note that as our location is close to Interstate 4 all the attractions are easily accessible. Orlando International Airport is only 40 minutes away and Tampa is approximately an hour.Our home is family owned and we know you want a relaxing, carefree & special vacation! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Iain (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
