From the owner

Situated just a 2min walk away from the beach Palm Beach is in an ideal location. A 5min walk will take you to the start of the many bars, restaurants and hotels on the promenade.

Palm Beach itself is contained in its own secure area consisting of 6 blocks totalling approx 36 apartments. In my view C1 is the best located of all to the large shared outdoor pool. There are many sun-loungers, parasols and tables freely available all within beautifully manicured gardens.
Apartment C1 is a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment which is fully air-conditioned throughout. The kitchen has all the mod cons you'll need.

The dining area has a 4 seater table with chairs while the balcony off the dining room has a large 6 seater table with chairs.
The lounge are has a 3 seater sofa-bed with 2 arm chairs. T.V. & media player with 1000's of hours of entertainment. Air Con Unit, Pedestal Fan.
The bathroom consists of a shower area, toilet and handbasin with illuminated mirror.

Bedroom 1 with Double bed large wardrobe, bedside cabinet and large balcony. Hair Dryer, Hair Straighteners, Iron, Ironing board. Air Con Unit, Pedestal Fan.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Phil (the owner) a message.

If Phil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
