"Le Clos des Lucques" is a charming cottage of 180 sq.m. in a stone farmhouse of the XVIII (luxury renovation in 2010) can accommodate 11 persons, private pool 9x4m. The farmhouse has 4 large bedrooms, each with private bathroom (bath and 3 walk-in showers, basin and toilet). An enclosed garden of 400 m² with a large covered terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hobs, large oven, microwave, refrigerator (ice dispenser), washing machine, etc.
Spacious lounge with large sofa, fireplace, flat screen TV, ...
2 rooms are equipped with a double bed (160) and the other 2 are equipped with 2 single beds (90) can form a double bed (180) + 3 single beds on mezzanines. Final cleaning is included in the rent in high season, mandatory option for other seasons.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luc (the owner) a message.

If Luc (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
