After my business, I moved to my house in the country that I renovated in 2008. From the old cellars I got an outbuilding with 3 double bedrooms with bathroom and clubhouse with kitchen, dining area and living room. The very spacious rooms (40 sqm) are with typical star vaults and period floors. Each room has its own entrance and equipped outdoor space, furnished with period furniture and equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, sofa, TV, heating, wi-fi, kettle, mini bar, linen, courtesy kit, hairdryer). Free from work commitments, finally I dedicate myself to my favorite hobbies, cultivating the vegetable garden, fruit trees of all kinds, with which I prepare my jams (figs, oranges, tangerines, lemons, peaches, apricots, cherries, grapes, apples cotogne) and devote myself mainly to my great passion "the kitchen". My favorite dishes are certainly the traditional dishes of Salento, even with old recipes of my family, revisited with new ingredients. On booking I share my recipes with guests. The reception of guests is taken care of by my partner Giusy, who with availability and abundance of details, suggests cultural itineraries, guided tours and new routes to experience the Salento in all its historic splendor.
