Situated in a rural hamlet near the village of St Quentin les Chardonnets, our gites nestle in the heart of the leafy, ‘bocage’ countryside that so typical of this part of Normandy.
He quaint little town of Tinchebray is just 5 kms away and the bustling market towns of Vire and Flers are within easy reach. There are pleasant walks right on our doorstep and opportunities for fishing, horse riding, kayaking and other leisure activities available locally. For the children there are waterfalls to picnic by, lakes with paddle boats and several zoos are a short drive away. Of course a holiday is not a holiday without a trip to the seaside and lovely sandy beaches can be reached in a little over an hour. Mont St Michel, Bayeux and D-Day beaches are within easy reach.
