Self catering typical Puglian fairytale-style 5 cones' trulli with a stunning scenery of the Valle d'Itria, just 3 minutes from the picturesque town of Martina Franca. Private own swimming pool, private garden and a larger than average terrace for al fresco dining.

The accommodation with its own private swimming pool includes: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 separate twin room, 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 fitted kitchen with separate entrance, 1 external bathroom, 2 large patio area (around 200 +100 square metres) surrounded by 6,400 square metres of land with olive and fruit trees. The SEASIDE is only 12 miles away and there is also a spectacular GOLF COURSE within 45 minutes of driving in Ginosa Marina ('Riva dei Tessali' on the Ionian Sea). How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
