Spacious and bright apartment (4th floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR) centrally located, 5 minute walk to the metro station (direct to airport) and to the city centre and shopping area.

Located in tree-lined street in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood but still lively and with everything you need at a walking distance - grocer’s, pharmacy, fishery, and many antique and vintage shops.

A 1960’s charming top floor (4th WITHOUT ELEVATOR) apartment that has been through a recent complete renovation, keeping its style and personality, but giving it a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and two complete bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower), a kitchen (equipped with washing machine, fridge, stove, oven and microwave) a living room (with a double bed sofa) and dining room with a nice balcony.

The balcony has a beautiful and relaxing view and is the perfect spot for an outside breakfast, before starting the day discovering the fascinating city of Porto.

This will for sure be the perfect place for your stay in Porto!

Our apartment is on the 4rd floor of the building, WITHOUT ELEVATOR / NO ELEVATOR. If you have difficulties with mobility, I would advice to find a hotel with an elevator. Other than that, our place is perfect and we would be honoured to welcome you!

When requested, and by appointment, guided city tours and babysitting can also be arranged.

Anyone older than 13 years, staying a night in Porto, have to pay on arrival in cash the tax per night, per person for a maximum of seven straight nights per person and per stay. It is the tourist tax of Porto and is to consolidate Porto as an attractive and sustainable city.

Why can't I call Miguel (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Miguel (the owner) a message.

If Miguel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
