From the owner

The house is set in the quiet village of Mauzac on the banks of the river Dordogne. The house is arranged over three floors with access right onto the tow path of the Dordogne river. A very family friendly house with pool (shared) , garden and mooring on the river.

The doors from the kitchen lead on to the patio garden and to the fenced pool which looks onto the river.

The ground floor has a large open plan living area complete with satellite TV and DVD player. This leads onto the fully equipped kitchen with cooker , microwave , dishwasher , 2 fridges , stereo for your CD's . The utility room off the kitchen has a washing machine also a downstairs toilet.

With bright and stylish co-ordinated bedrooms and bathrooms the second floor has 2 twin bedrooms , main bathroom and a double room with shower en-suite. On the top floor the large master bedroom with king size bed , fabulous beams and en-suite with freestanding retro bath , twin wash basins and views across the river.

    How do damage deposits work?
