This 2 bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 people comfortably and it's located in a calm area near Boavista.

Very comfortable and recent apartment suitable for max. 4 guests, with:

* One double bed in the main bedroom (1,40m x 2,00m) with large built-in wardrobe

* One single bad in the smaller bedroom (0,90m x 1,90m)

* One sofa-bed for one guest in the living room (1,18m x 2,05m)

The Neighborhood:

This apartment is situated in a very calm area and despite the relaxing atmosphere inside the apartment you are very close to the modern city centre and the old historical town. 

It's located in the modern area of Boavista. At a walking distance you can reach the famous Casa da Música (by Rem Koolhaas) and a nice shopping area or take the metro downtown. 

From here you can easily reach:

* supermarket at 5 min. walking distance

* metro station (Francos) at 200 meters/2min. walking distance

* sea/beach at 5 km away from here (ideal for swimming, lying on the sun, esplanades, surfing, walking, ...)

* big shopping center (with famous and good brands) at 10 min. distance

If you come by car, you easily reach the apartment as we are close to the main highway's accesses (A1, A28, A29, A4, A3, etc).

Getting around:

You can park your car outside, but to be safer we recommend you to use our parking space. There is no extra cost for this, as this is included in the price per night.

Transfer to or from the airport (one way) is also possible on request for 25€ (at any time). Special offer: transfer to AND from the airport: 40€.

These guests stayed one week in our apartment. During their stay they didn't say anything negative about the house or that there was any problem even when we visit them to change the towels as accorded during the stay. They were nice and everything seems to be normal. At check-out they called us to say that they were leaving without reporting any issue even the broken chair in the living room (irreparable damaged). Also they left without paying the mini-bar they consumed. We contacted them to understand what happened but they didn't assume their bad behavior and denied reimbursing us for the broken chair. Instead of assuming it and as revenge for being contacted and being accused for their behavior they wrote this review. We don't recommend them to anyone!!

Why can't I call Sara (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sara (the owner) a message.

If Sara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
