Villa Mimosa is situated in the very desirable, all year round resort of Kapparis (bars & restaurants do not close for the winter months) , and is only a 5 minute walk to either the beach, supermarket, or fabulous selection of bars & restaurants. This fully equipped luxury villa has 2 en suite bedrooms with cloakroom & WC close by.

Ideal for families or romantic getaways!

* Wi-Fi recently installed / Satellite T.V. / Wii Console & Games.

* Cypriot BBQ / table & chairs for al-fresco dining / Table Tennis.

The destination offers a fantastic climate all year round - on average 340 days of sunshine each year. The private pool is therefore always inviting!

The local area offers a great choice of bars, bakery, shops and restaurants (traditional Cypriot, English,Italian & Chinese) all of which stay open all year round, and are within a 5 minute stroll of the villa. Also within 200 metres is Fireman's Cove - the local beach with golden sand and crystal clear water. For the more energetic and adventurous, water sports or tennis are available locally, or a walk along the newly constructed coastal pathway where you will discover many secluded coves.

One can travel further afield - by boat to the 'ghost' town of Famagusta, or a more local boat trip to the blue lagoon to do some snorkelling.

The villa is ideally located for those who want to 'escape' and just relax, and yet close enough to Protaras and Ayia Napa to benefit from the great night life both places have to offer.

Please note, because the villa is located on a corner plot, it offers more space than many surrounding villas.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
