Alagadi golf bungalow is a brand new villa which comprises full central heating and air con throughout and is situated in a private gated estate of five large private villas.
Situated within 1 mile of turtle beach this villa has absolutely breathtaking views of Bespemark mountains which are totally uninterrupted and is right next to Esentepe golf and country club. The 9 meter round heated (at a small charge) infinity pool and jacuzzi with a shallow end ideal for family's. Set within 1 acre of landscaped gardens which includes a double garage , large drive and covered barbecue area the surrounding area is very peaceful and makes for the perfect holiday.

The Kyrenia District
Kyrenia, with its famous little horseshoe harbour lined with restaurants and bars and dominated by the massive Byzantine castle, lies at the foot of the Five Finger mountain range. From here you can explore Northern Cyprus which is arguably the most beautiful part of the island and steeped in history. Nearby Bellapais has an ancient Abbey, quaint narrow streets with fine restaurants and superb views. St Hilarion, Kantara and Baffavento castles are also situated high above Kyrenia. For the most part, it is still undeveloped. With its crystal clear sea and wide variety of beaches, from the sophisticated to the deserted (even in high season and some with turtles or wild donkeys!), it is reminiscent of the Med before ruination by mass tourism.
What is more, it truly is an island for all seasons, with long hot summers and mild winter months. The people couldn't be more welcoming, the food and wine excellent and inexpensive and driving is still a pleasure and on the left!
Bellapais is a 10 min drive away with a pharmacy and 2 supermarkets that sell british products.
Esentepe, Kyrenia area
There is an 18 hole championship golf course next door to the bungalow with a spa for the ladies. Local fishing harbour, where you can fish from the pier or hire a boat for the day. Acapulco Beach Club is about 12 minutes drive away, where for a small entrance fee you can use the facilities, which include water sports, aqua park, tennis and many other attractions. There is also a casino and entertainment on an evening. Turtle bay (alagadi) is a short drive away, this is a protected area as loggerhead and green turtles use it to lay their eggs.There is a vistors centre which operates from 6pm onwards when you can go and watch the turtles. The nearest shop would be esentepe village about a 5 min drive.Turn right as you come out onto the main road from the villa and follow the main road along for about a mile,then on your right hand side their will be a sign posted esentepe ,turn right and follow the hill all the way up and this will bring you into the village.

Fly to Ercan (Northern Cyprus) - transfer time to villa 30 mins typically £30/way All flights to Ercan touch down in Turkey but you do not need to disembark
Fly to Larnaca (Southern Cyprus) - transfer time to villa 90 mins typically £50/way

A change of bed linen and towels are provided for guests staying for 2 weeks and over.
