Tennis court available at 50 m, with additional fee. Horse renting at 3km, surf school at 200m at the beach, several golf at 30km, supermarket 3km.
The beach of S.Juliao has blue flag, which means sea water with very good quality and beach well preserved and clean.

Mafra at 10 Km has an old big monastery and a big forest with wild animals observer points.
Ericeira at 6Km is an old and typical fishing town.

Fly to Lisbon. Rent a car. From Lisbon to Ericeira, you should take the Highway A8 in direction Mafra/Ericeira. Leave at the end of the highway. Take the road in direction Sintra. After 6Km, take right at the crossroad towards Praia de S. Juliao. After 3km, on the left you'll see Rua da Tapada, 15. (200m before the beach).

Great location, great outside space and pool (and added benefit of orchard and salad garden) and 10 minutes drive into town. Inside space is quite traditional but it is well equipped and the shutters mean that it doesn't get too hot. |
