We had a fantastic week in the Barn. It is a beautiful, well equipped property in a lovely, unspoilt and quiet part of France that is very close to the UK - a real find.
Sarah, David and family made us so welcome and were full of helpful advice to make our stay even better. We feel like we've made new friends!
Bruges is only 1.5 hrs away; closer to home Montreuil and Le Touquet are lovely places to wander around; Hesdin (market day is Thursday) and Arras are a short drive away and are both lovely.
We have returned feeling relaxed and rested and really didn't want to leave!

"superb accomodation. brilliant hosts. great holiday."
The barn exceeded our expectations, very cosy with everything needed, in a beautiful location, lots to do, places to visit, countryside meets coast., best of both worlds.
David and Sarah and family were great hosts and willing to go above and beyond to help at all times.
A most thoughtful welcome pack awaited us which was gratefully recieved.
Highly recommended and will be back at some time. Many thanks. Malcolm and Hazel.

"Lovely, quiet and comfortable rural location - and fabulous hosts!"
Wonderful, welcoming hosts.
Property is well appointed, comfortable and spacious.
Very rural location - small hamlet; nearest shops/restaurants/fuel approx 15 mins by car. Market towns a little farther away - eg Montreuil, Desvres, Hesdin.
Seaside and sandy beaches approx 45 mins.
Plenty of space to enjoy a glass of wine outside in the evening.
Nice area for a stroll in the countryside - but nearest bar is a car drive away.
