This luxurious brand new villa offers over 7500 sqft of living and entertaining space, located on the south eastern side of Antigua on an elevated bluff with 280 degree ocean views. Ideally positioned only a few minutes from the hub of historic English harbour and two of the best beaches on island.

The property has 5 bedroom suites sleeping up to 10 people. 1 emperor and 3 superking beds feature the hotel zip and link system so can be split into single beds,if required, and one is a cashmere, cotton and and silk king size mattress. The principle suite further boasts an oval stone bath with killer views and outside 'granite' shower. Hotel premium linens, mattresses and pillows with a choice of fan or AC will ensure a good night's sleep.

Outside there's a 10 seater all year round dining option, 10 seater wicker poolside set and further 6 seater lounge area with firepit. Plus the infinity pool, poolside shower and bbq. Inside there's a further dining option, breakfast bar,large living area, gourmet kitchen and TV / games room.

The house is built to maximize the views and breeze, it's light, cool and spacious. So whether you're planning a family or friends reunion, wedding, honeymoon or an indulgent holiday look no further.

The owner is on hand, as required, to assist including pre provisioning, sourcing additional staff such as a chef, babysitter; rental vehicles, taxis, sailing trips etc

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If KAY (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
