A fabulous, upgraded family 5 bed, 4.5 bath luxury villa that sleeps up to 10, in the premier Championsgate Golf Resort in Orlando, Florida. Located 15-20 minutes away from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Orlando's famous International Drive, numerous famous Florida golf courses, including 3 onsite, other vacation attractions and a 30 minute drive from Orlando Intl airport.

We have 5 bedrooms - 2 master suites, 1 queen, 1 twin and a feature bunk room 4.5 bath - 1 family bathroom, 3 en-suites and a downstairs powder room. Fully fitted games room with two large TV's, X-Box One, full size pool table and pub table with poker set. Private pool and jacuzzi spa with bespoke fitted outdoor kitchen, integrated BBQ and bar area, ceiling fans, 50" TV overlooking the pool. NEW this year...a 4 seat outdoor conversation sofa set and feature ambient lighting around the pool / lanai.

Rental also includes access to The Oasis Club, a 20,000 sq ft clubhouse with two pools, water slides, lazy river, fitness studio, fully equiped gym, games room, movie theatre, kids play room, bar & grill, as well as access to the Championsgate Golf Course and Tennis Club.

It is 5 minutes drive to a Publix supermarket, Walgreen's, shops, banks, many restaurants (Miller’s Ale House, 4 Corners Tavern, Chilli’s, Red Robin Burger House, First Watch, Fish & Chips, take-away pizza etc.). Interstate 4 & Highway 192 and Interstate 27 are all within a short distance.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sharon (the owner) a message.

If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
