Welcome to our villa

We have made it a home from home with lots of added extras for our guests to use.

We have for your enjoyment high speed internet and AC or heat throughout the home, tiled floors throughout the ground floor to keep it cool, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge, multi channel TV in lounge and bedrooms.

Our lounge area is a great place to sit and chill out watch tv or just chat after a day in the parks or shopping.

The kitchen has everything you will require including an ice maker walk in fridge freezer, microwave kettle coffee percolator waste disposal unit and to give you a day off from this chore a dishwasher.

Dining area can sit 6 around our table and there is a high chair if required.

Our master bedroom is en-suite and has a high comfortable memory foam king sized bed for a great nights sleep, and for your comfort a multi channel TV

You will not get the kids or adult's out of our newly refurbished and tiled swimming's pool which is a large 24x12 it can be heated by gas if required in the cooler months (additional cost applies) so chill and relax on our loungers and enjoy the fantastic Florida sunshine or sit under the cooler deck with a well deserved wine or beer its highly recommended. The pool deck area is fully enclosed with a Florida netted pool cage

What makes this villa ideal is the 2 bedrooms and additional bathroom are upstairs great for 2 families.

King-en-suite and Queen bedroom has a comfortable high memory foam bed. The villa has and everything you will need including a 4K 50in tv which is a multi channel TV in all bedrooms and the twin room we have a play station and x box with games. Twin bedroom is ideal for little ones and has a great box of toys play station and a selection of kids games AND movies so they should be entertained for hours. Walk in fridge freezer which has ice maker and water dispensers which is great for drinks. Free use of high chair and cot.

All linen and towels are provided. For your safety we have fire alarms and emergency lighting.

Free use of baby items including high chair cot and 2 boaster seats.

Garage houses a washer and dryer for guest to use which is ideal so no dirty washing to take home.

Free use of iron ironing board us/uk adaptor hair dryers heated brush pool toys cooler boxes picnic items and more walkie talkies on request and you will receive a get you going welcome pack on arrival.

Management are local and offer A friendly service if problem accrue or if you need some friendly advice they are always happy to help

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lyn (the owner) a message.

If Lyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
