Experience comfort and convenience in our welcoming 3-bedroom home, perfect for families, friends, and couples. With TWO master suites featuring king and queen beds, a third bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a private morning sunlit pool, we offer a setting that feels just like home. Located close to Disney and Top rated Golf course, it's an ideal base for a memorable getaway.

Our home offers:

3 Comfortable Bedrooms: 2 master suites each equipped with a king-size and a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has twin beds, suitable for kids or friends.

Living Room: A comfy living room with a large sofa and cable TV for cozy movie nights or casual lounging.

Dining Area: A dining table that accommodates up to 6 people for enjoyable home-cooked meals.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Stocked with essential appliances and utensils for preparing your favorite dishes.

Private Pool: Our outdoor area features a private pool bathed in morning sunlight, great for a leisurely swim.

Outdoor Lounge: Two lounge chairs and additional seating around the pool for outdoor relaxation.

Located in the Sandy Ridge community, in Davenport. It is only 12 miles to Disney World theme parks and is located close to local shops and restaurants and close to the I-4 enabling an easy commute to the Coast.

This vacation villa has a South facing pool deck to cool off after an exciting day at SeaWorld, Universal, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom or Epcot.

This Villa offers:

This Villa is located in the Sandy Ridge Community, in Davenport. The property is only 12 miles from Disney World theme parks and is located close to local shops and restaurants. Being close to the I-4 enables an easy commute to the Gulf coast or the beaches on the Atlantic.

Sandy Ridge is located just off Highway 17/92, just 3.5 miles from Interstate 4. Interstate 4 provides direct access to Tampa (45 minutes) and to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando International 30 minutes and Sanford 60 minutes)

Pool heating service:

The pool can be heated for $35 per night, minimum 3 nights and it has to be for the full length of the stay. We recommend that you apply 48 hours before check-in date- the water can take up to 12 hours to fully warm up and only heats from 9am to 9pm. Please note that services are subject to availability. Keep in mind that pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components that can sometimes break. Low pool level can also occur due to evaporation or some other reason. We will do everything in our end to correct any issues with faulty equipment as quickly as possible.

REMARK: Under these circumstances it is not possible to refund part or all the pool heating charge and your understanding of this is important when ordering pool heating. So let us know if you would like it and I will send you a money request through the platform.

BBQ/Grill service:

A BBQ grill can be rented for an additional fee (this includes delivery, propane and utensils). Please include this request in your booking inquiry to plan accordingly. Prices range from $******* per week depending on size of grill.

Prices are negotiable for longer term rentals.

The villa was as promised. We had no complaints & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only comments are that an extra roll of toilet paper & a few paper towels would've been much appreciated.… More

Thanks very much for your positive feedback and constructive comments. We really appreciate you taking the time to do this. For your information, we normally leave a spare roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so we apologize for the oversight on this occasion. We also leave a small supply of travel size amenities in the home, i.e. a bar soap in each bathroom, dish tabs, dish washing liquid, trash bags and laundry detergent. The additional amenities, as explained in our Welcome Letter, is left up to the guest to purchase. We only recommend that you start a wash if time permits and if you have any washing power left over. The appliance is not kept running for very long as the cleaner arrives soon after check-out time. Once again thank you for your comments, we look forward to welcoming you back on your next trip to Florida. Pamela & Willy

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
