This large modern detached villa is fully air conditioned it has 5 bedrooms( 2 double) and (3 twins) One baby cot and one new playpen.The private heated swimming pool is fully enclosed. There`s a big patio area with a large new table and eight chairs plus sun-loungers and its not overlooked from the rear. The pool is larger than average! The villa has cable tv/dvd in most bedrooms, also telephone with free local calls. Bring your laptop as there`s free wireless internet. There`s also a fully fitted kitchen.The main living area has massive ceilings so as to keep the house nice and cool in the florida heat. It is situated just off the us27 close to walmart and publix for all your daily shopping requirements.It was built especially in that area, close to all the major attractions. a PGA golf course is just one minute away. The villa is in Manors North which is a prestigious private estate and can only be entered via (ELECTRONIC GATES) so it is safe and quiet.

Davenport / The Manors North at Westridge area

The villa is situated at Manors North and is entered via electonic gates operated by a personal pin , so the estate is safe and quiet. Although it comes under the banner of westridge ,the villa is actually situated in MANORS NORTH which is a very private. There are tennis courts a clubhouse with keepfit gym and a communal swimming pool. A PGA golf course is very close and it is 2 minutes to the local shops which include takeaways banks and supermarkets. All the major attractions are 10 to 20 minutes away, and after a full day at the parks the comfortable villa is the perfect place to unwind before heading off and eating out and the hundreds of fantastic places in the surrounding area.

How to get there

Cheap flydrives direct into sanford(orlando) (40 minute drive from the villa)or orlando international ( 20 minutes drive from the villa) are the best option.Travel city direct from Manchester or Gatwick all year round. Airtours,Going places,Thompson,operate from regional airports like Newcastle and Glascow, from May until late October.I have found Dollar car hire to be excellent in every respect but hey who am I to say! and as for pricing your flight or holiday...flydrive...Travel City Direct is cheap and cheerful!...
