VILLA OVERVIEW : A Fantastic 'Detached' 3 Bedroom Villa with 'en-suite' is available to rent in Corralejo on the beautiful Canarian Island of Fuerteventura. The Villa has a very peaceful and relaxing rear garden with a private pool (20foot x 10foot) with 'Roman End Steps' for easy access. The garden is south facing and catches the sun all day long, perfect to relax with a nice glass of Spanish wine.
This large Villa (1200sq ft) has 1 double bedroom (en suite) and 2 large twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have double doors leading onto balconies with stunning views of the Sea. There is a large rooftop terrace for the serious sunbather which has amazing unobstructed views of the Sea. Fans in ALL the bedrooms (Air con optional)

POOL & GARDEN : Double doors from the living room lead out to the large rear garden which has a fantastic private pool 10foot by 20 foot (pool heating optional). The garden is finished off with non-slip grass and has plenty of room to sunbath - loungers provided. There is a six seater dining table and fab stone BBQ facilities so you can dine 'al fresco' and enjoy this wonderful climate in absolute comfort. The garden is totally enclosed and private with a 6 foot high wall and fence surrounding it - very secure for kids. We also have a kiddie slide and basket ball practice net in the garden (see pic)

KITCHEN : The Kitchen is very modern and well equipped with everything you will need from a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, oven and grill, 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and food blender.

LIVING/TV ROOM : The Living/TV room is a bright large open plan design, there's a 32'' SONY LCD flat screen TV and DVD player with Satellite Channels , a large L-shaped Sofa and two very comfortable reclining beige Leather Chairs. For the kids there is a sony playstation with games and a selection of DVDs and CDs.

BEDROOMS : There are 3 bedrooms, one large 'en suite' with a King size bed with a Juliet style balcony off it with amazing views of the Sea, Lanzarote and the Island of Los Lobos.
There are two large twin bedrooms with a balcony off both which also enjoy these fabulous sea views across the famous Corralejo sand dunes.
There is another separate bathroom with shower, bath, bidet and toilet.

ROOF TERRACE : The stairs lead up to a large roof top terrace which has panoramic sea views to the front and a Mountain view to the rear.

THE COMPLEX : The complex has the additional benefit of a large communal swimming pool, a separate shallow kiddies pool and a jacuzzi. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are 5 mins walk. The fabulous new Theme Water Park (BAKU) is a 20min walk (4mins by car).Its great and will keep the kiddies entertained for hours on end.

CORRALEJO : Corralejo is famous for it's 10km stretch of deserted sand dunes, beautiful golden beaches and fabulous watersports. The villa is frontline to 'Parque Natural' and has panoramic unobstructed views across the protected sand dunes out to sea and beyond to Lanzorote. There is a good selection of quality restaurants and bars in Corralejo which cater for all tastes and all have a kiddie menus.

With three thousand hours of sunshine a year, Fuerteventura is the closest Canary Island to the African coast with only 100km separating the 'Punta de la Entallada' from Cape Juby in Morroco and is the second largest (after Tenerife) of all the islands. The weather conditions of Fuerteventura are very similar to Florida and Mexico which are on the same latitude, which make this the ideal holiday location.

The Corralejo area

Corralejo is ideally located in the Northern tip of the beautiful Island of Fuertaventura , its the largest resort on the island and widely renown as a fishing village that has grown into a vibrant and colourful town while maintaining its origin as a charming atmospheric place to spend your holiday.

There are white sandy beaches in the town where you can enjoy the Canarian sunshine and most of the bars, restaurants and shops are a stones throw away and the music square and the harbour offer views across the town and the sand dunes.

“Paradise” We just had to write a review to let others know how “fabulous” Villa Suzy is!!! It had been a long time since the girls had a holiday so four of us decided to head off to Corralejo. We discussed staying in a hotel or an apartment but then decided we would try a villa and we were more than pleasantly surprised. From the moment we made contact with the owners, Suzanne and Nigel, we found them most helpful, nothing was a problem. When we arrived we were amazed at the size and cleanliness of the villa. We walked around admiring every room from the very well equipped kitchen, the spacious and comfortable living room to the wonderful relaxing south facing garden and terrace area. It was a magnet for the sun. We sat outside enjoying breakfast, lunch and sun downers. It was so relaxing and comfortable. It was an added treat to have our own swimming pool and BBQ area which was in perfect condition. The bedrooms were spacious and airy and the beds were so comfortable. There was an en suite in the master bedroom and also the main bathroom with bath and shower, we were able to get showered with no fuss!!! Most evenings we walked into the town but taxis were also readily available so getting around was not a problem. I would highly recommend Villa Suzi. Our holiday was very relaxing, we had every comfort and loads of laughs.

“beautiful villa will certainly go again” Family holiday consisting of two young children aged 4 and 6, one teenager one adult daughter and her partner and the size of the villa was prefect. The villa had everything you would need for a very very comfortable stay, it really was home away from home. Suzanne and Nigel were extremely helpful from the minuet we booked the villa and Trevor was always on hand if we needed anything during the holiday. The villa was spotless and had everything you would need. It is really secure with a great pool and lovely garden area. No chance of the little ones getting out of the garden unnoticed and there is a door guard on the door so they do not wander out to the pool. We did not hire a car but we walked many times into the town and it takes about 20 mins to do this. There are a number of places along the way if you wanted to stop and have a drink or an ice cream to break up the walk. Taxi's were very cheap to get to and from the villa. The two bicycles in the villa proved very handy as well and we used them to go to the nearest shop a number of times. Villa Suzy is ideal for big families and we used the BBQ a number of times while we were there. I have to mention that our six year old son is autistic and for anyone with a child with special needs I could not recommend villa Suzy highly enough. We never had to worry about him getting out of the garden and wandering off. Coming with it's own pool we didn't worry about not being able to see him in crowds around apartment pools because there was only ourselves there. This was the most relaxing holiday that I have had in years and from a financial point of view it worked out much cheaper than it would have to rent two or three apartments. We will certainly return.

“Fantastic Villa for Perfect Holiday in the Sun” Right from the start of booking our holiday Nigel and Suzanne made things so easy, they were on the ball and emails were answered promptly. On arrival at airport we had booked through travel republic who took us straight to the villa. On entering the villa I was well and truly impressed. Villa was superb, very clean and had everything possible for the making of a good holiday, the enclosed garden with pool was devine with sunshine all day and late into the evening, this was PARADISE. Nigel and Suzanne have thought of everything, Oh, the welcome pack was a really nice touch. The children even got to play with spanish neighbours who have the villa next door, first class. The first day we walked down to the nearest shops and bars but with 2 young grand children aged 6 and 4 it was a wee bit of a walk for them. As we didn't hire a car we went up and down to the main resort by taxi as they were sooo cheap (3.75 euros). In the main resort there were a variety of really good restaurants. El Pescador being one of our favourites as they were so good with our young children. The restaurant is situated in the music square and the music and late night entertainment was superb. We had a great day out at Baku park which was really worth going to (23 euros for an adult and 16 euros per child) what a great day out. Also I would recommend the market near the park which was well worth a vist. The children even got to play street football with spanish neighbour's children who have the villa next door, first class. Overall a very enjoyable holiday, we will definately go back. PS. I have to say a BIG THANK YOU to Trevor who looked after us well.

Fantastic Villa with everything included. We were quite amazed at how well equipped the Villa was. Bicycles, Internet, highchair etc. The garden and pool area was very relaxing and we enjoyed the pool side dining area while having lunch 'alfresco' - perfect. The kids had a ball and made new 'local' friends at the communal pool. The town of Corralejo is just fantastic and totally surpassed our expectations (having never been here before). It has a very chilled out atmosphere and is great to stroll around and explore the little nooks and crannies. The restaurants are extremely 'child friendly' and go out of their way to make to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The beaches are the best I have ever seen. I would have no hesitation recommending Corralejo Fuerteventura to anyone and you can't beat this Villa. Thanks Nigel will be back next year. The Doyle Family.

We had a great holiday, as we didn't know what to expect. Fuerteventura is just sooooo laid back. The Villa ticked all the boxes and we were glad we chose this one over the other ones we had short listed. We loved how quite it was in this part of Corralejo. You're less than 5 mins from the town centre by taxi. We did think it may have been out a bit too far but it wasn't. Even so, we found we didn't venture into the town too often and gave the BBQ a go most nights. There is a 24 hour mini market about 5 mins walk for those essentials. Jim & Anne Crosby
