About the home

This bright and airy two storey villa has been decorated to a high standard and offers air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. It has an attractive living room with patio doors, a stone feature fireplace and leather furnishings.

It is open plan to a well equipped kitchen with a dining area and patio doors to the terrace overlooking the mature garden and pool. The luxurious sauna and Jacuzzi bath are on a lower floor and are accessed by an internal staircase.

St George is a charming, sleepy village with a few simple places to eat and a relaxed atmosphere. The large village of Peyeia is a three minute drive from the villa and offers a variety of supermarkets, taverns, bars, and restaurants. It is a good place to meet the friendly Cypriots in a traditional setting while dining on delicious mezes. A few minutes drive leads to the centre of Coral Bay with it's wealth of high quality amenities for discerning holiday makers.

The sought after resort of Coral Bay has a large, sweeping beach with a beach bar, water sports and the resort has a good selection of restaurants, boutiques and shops.

HARMONY villa has two good sized bedrooms on the first floor with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors onto a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. The second has twin beds and an en-suite shower

Doors from the living room and kitchen lead onto the raised dining terrace which has patio furniture and a built-in, stone barbecue. It overlooks the mature garden and the sunbathing terrace surrounding the attractive 10x5 metre kidney shaped swimming pool which has roman steps. For larger parties there are three further excellent, adjacent villas, TRANQUIL villa 3 bedrm and PRESTIGIOUS villa 4 bedrm which are connected by gates within their gardens. They are each totally independent and set in their own, large grounds.Close to them (aprox 100 meters) is located the 5 bedroom villa ZEUS SUBLIME

A drive into the hills leads you into beautiful countryside and delightful traditional villages where you can enjoy a meal among the wonderfully friendly locals in a tavern. A fifteen minute drive past the Tombs of the Kings takes you into the lively town of Paphos which is rich in night life, shopping for treasures to take home and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine.

The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving

The villa HARMONY is situated on the west coast of Cyprus,15km away from the city centre of Pafos, 4km from the famous Coral Bay area and 1.5km from the traditional village of Pegeia and St George Bay.It is 800 meters away from the sea. The beaches of Coral bay and all amenities are just a five minute drive away. Sea caves area is nearby for those who are looking for adventure while Mediterranean waters are just perfect for snorkelling and any other kind of water sports. Akamas National Park is an ideal escape for those who want to explore the unique and unforced beauty of nature.

Conditions

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service and towel change. The sauna, Jacuzzi and air-conditioning are available at an extra cost paid locally.

The Paphos region

Paphos (Pafos), known as the 'Playground of the Gods' and is the capital of the west and is teeming with history. Paphos has an interesting rural architecture, a very attractive and picturesque landscape, as well as tracts of unspoilt natural areas. Its cultural treasures are almost unique, while its archaeological sites and historic monuments are fascinating to discover.

Paphos is the gateway to the peninsula of Arkamas, a natural wilderness of incredible beauty with breathtaking gorges, spectacular coastlines and enjoyable nature trails.

The Coral Bay area

Coral Bay is a 600m horseshoe cove with its edges ending in abrupt cliffs, while in the middle an extensive sand and shingle beach is bordered by the rock of coral limestone. The resort is lined with shops, bars and restaurants with a wide range of Cypriot and international cuisine.

Coral Bay is a perfect base to explore the pristine coastline to the north, where a tapestry of coves and inlets hide some of the best, and most isolated beaches on the island; or to tour the Troodos Mountains; or discover the delightful little fishing villages of Latchi and Polis. On the northern edge of the cove, which is a tiny peninsula with cliffs on three sides, the ancient settlement of Maa-Palaiokastro has been unearthed, which dates back to the 13th century.

The village of Peyeia sits atop a hill and overlooks Coral bay and Paphos and is one of the most sought after areas within Coral Bay offering modern villas with traditional Cypriot village lifestyle.

Car hire:We can arrange for you car hire with delivery and collection at the airport or villa. Payment on delivery (by cash or card). Also we can arrange taxi transfers from/to the airport.
