About the home
Nautilus Beach Villa offers Deluxe Luxury 5 bedroom accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms. All five bedrooms have their own complete en suite facilities so they can comfortably sleeping 10+ persons. We are happy to supply additional foldaway bed and/or baby cots free of charge.
One of the double master bedrooms (whose en-suite includes a jacuzzi bath tub) has a wall that is adjacent to the swimming pool and there are 2 large porthole-like windows facing into the pool, giving you the feeling that you are in a submerged submarine. This inspired us to choose the name of this villa with a little help from Jules Verne. On the other wall of the same room there is a door leading to a small veranda with an outside staircase that leads you straight to the pool area. The second double master bedroom has his and hers washing basins, a large bed and spectacular sea views through a wall to wall bay window.
The sitting room has a 7 metre high glass wall facing the Mediterranean so as to capture spectacular sunsets and sea views. The dinning area is 2 steps away from the pool and also enjoys memorable sea views and sunsets. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the electrical appliances and utensils that will make your holiday much easier and relaxed.
The landscaped garden has been designed taking into account the Zen philosophy, offering tranquillity through a combination of shapes of greens and plants, overlooking the beach. There is a BBQ area with an outdoor dining table as well as a sofa set to help you enjoy memorable sunsets. A 2-way horizontal fountain of water and a couple of Jacuzzi jets in the pool for hydro-massages complete the picture. The swimming pool has an optional water heating system.

The first impression as you walk through the front door and enter the sitting area is ... waaooo!!! Across the room there is a seven metre / 10 yard high glass wall looking towards to the swimming pool, landscaped gardens and the sea. And if you arrive at sunset then the picture includes that too!
And then there is the two master bedrooms.
= The one is on the first floor with a stylish en-suite bathroom with his and hers washing basins. An internal floor window decorated with pebbles from the beach below is lit by spot lights and can be seen both from within the bathroom as well as from the bedroom area. From the large bay window you could capture spectacular sunsets and fantastic sea views.
= The other master bedroom is on the same level as the swimming pool. Over the headboard of the large double bed we have built two large porthole like windows looking into the swimming pool below the water level, giving you the feeling you are in a submarine. The bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi bath tub and a large rectangular double washing basin with two mixers.

The main advantage of Nautilus Beach Villa is its fantastic location. Due to Government regulations / restrictions on building permits in this specific region, only 3 villas and a small convenience store exist in an area bigger than one square km and this beach villa is one of them (see attached panoramic photo). These 3 villas form part of BLUE CORAL BEACHVILLAS, our exclusive beach front villa resort. Their gardens are adjacent to a secluded and beautiful beach area and a smaller lovely cove which is only 300 yards away. All villas are completely independent from each other with private pools, private gardens and lots of privacy between them, suitable for very exclusive, relaxing and tranquil holidays!
We have installed a system that heats the water in the swimming pool. This is an optional extra and the fee for one week is GBP 175 / EUR 200. Guests usually request this system in early December, Xmas and New Year, February and sometimes March.
Our beach villas are adjacent to a secluded and beautiful beach area and a smaller cove is only 300 yards away. They are situated on the outskirts of Kissonerga village at which you could do your shopping, and, visit the local taverns as also an exceptional fish tavern only a 5 minute walk from the beach house. In addition the cosmopolitan area of Coral Bay is only about 2km away with plenty of choices for shopping, restaurants and bars.
FOOD TIP: When visiting traditional tavernas try the MEZE, which is a selection of small plates of several local dishes (dips, vegetables, meat). However, when visiting fish taverns it is advisable to order separate dishes from the a la carte menu and share them between you, in spite of the fact that they also offer fish meze. Different types of fish vary dramatically in taste and quality so if you choose the fish meze then you MAY end up not having an excellent meal.
The outdoor facilities of the actual villa include a stylish barbecue with a covered area for al fresco living. A large dining table as well as a 3 piece sofa set will help you enjoy the spectacular views whether it is daytime, sunset time or night time under the starry Mediterranean skies.
This is a fantastic place to relax and disassociate yourself from the rest of the world... honestly !!!

A complementary Welcome pack will be provided on arrival, consisting of some breakfast items (bread,cheese, butter, jam, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, etc.), different types of local seasonal fruit and a bottle of wine.
We, as the owners, always try to be there on arrival of our guests. Furthermore we always assist our guests with possible activities that you or their family members may wish to attend (e.g. scuba diving, short sightseeing cruises, safari trails, water parks, golf courses, mountain trails, etc.) as well as suggest visits to places of interest (antiquities, museums, aquarium, etc.) shops and good restaurants and taverns. Furthermore, we could also be of assistance with car hire and taxi airport pick up arrangements.

The climate in Cyprus is good all year round, with the best weather starting in April continuing through to November. Outside these months the weather is still good although there is more rain.
There are 3 main Golf Courses easily accessible by Car from Coral Bay area. The new Aphrodite Hills Golf Club, Tsada Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf club.
Skiing can be enjoyed from Jan-Mar every year at Troodos mountains and specifically Mount Olympus. A car with 4 wheel drive is essential to fully enjoy the journey which takes approx 1 and three quarter hours. The villages on the way to the Troodos can be enjoyed all the year round.
The Coral Bay area
Mini markets and restaurants in the area are open all year round. About 200 yards from the beach house there is a popular fish tavern (Karaolis) with nice sea views as well as a nice Cocktail bar. Furthermore, less than half a mile away there are at least 3 bars and restaurants as also 3 mini markets. In the same area there are also 2 hotels that you could eat or drink at. There's also a bus service which runs every 15 minutes and the bus station is only 50 yards away.
We are very friendly with a nearby hotel and their management/owners have agreed that they are happy to offer their facilities to holidaymakers staying in my beach house. Facilities include Indoor Heated swimming pool, Tennis Court, Gym and Snooker Table room, as well as, internet access, coffee shop, snack bar and restaurant. The hotel is merely 5 minutes away on foot.
Coral Bay is only 3 mins drive away (bus service available - bus stop 200 yards from the house). Taxis are also available and the fares are fairly cheap. Coral Bay is one of the most popular beaches in Cyprus, with Blue Flag EU certification, complete with all facilities, water sports and snack bars. A wide selection of bars/restaurants also exists in the cosmopolitan area of Coral Bay.
Alternatively you could always visit Paphos Town and Harbour for that 'Mediterranean feeling' of eating alfresco in fish taverns by the sea. Only about 5 miles away, the area also has several shops, numerous restaurants and bars as well as sights to visit (archaeological sites like the rare Mosaics, the Medieval Castle on the Harbour, the small ancient Odeon at the foot of the modern day lighthouse, catacombs, as well as, aquarium, water park, go karts, paint ball etc.)
