This building has a concierge 24 hours. When you have parked your car in the underground garage, take the elevator to the apartment. The entrance hall leads to a large lounge overlooking the Science Museum. The living room is elegantly furnished, television and multimedia player with movies. The dining room comfortably seats 6 people. The modern kitchen is well equipped with wooden units, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. There are three bedrooms, one double (with a bed 1.80x 2.00m) and two with 2 single beds, for 6 persons. There is a broadband connection and wi-fi access. 2 luxury bathrooms have a bath with a shower, toilet and bidet. When you leave the apartment comes in a beautiful park that lets you enter a futuristic new world: The City of Arts and Sciences: there is a Corte Ingles with a supermarket in the basement, cafes, restaurants and tapas bars within walking distance of apartment and a shopping center recently opened behind the Corte Ingles, where you'll find everything from a supermarket to a la carte restaurants. A short walk through the beautiful park and you come to another large mall with two floors of shops and restaurants and bars.

If Sophie / Diana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
