In perfect harmony with its environment, equiped with a large private pool, M&M Villa offers comfort, space, panoramic views, magnificent gardens, a unique swimming experience, relaxation and tranquility while being close to all modern facilities. It is situated less than 2 kilometers from the charming village of Kolymbari and its beach where one will find a variety of venues, taverns, cafes, restaurants, markets. Easy ride from Chania only 25 minutes away. Ideal for those who wish to visit north and south part west of Crete or simply want to lounge and enjoy all the ammenities that the villa has to offer. The villa has 2 levels. A beautiful interior iron work marble staircase access one level to the other. The second level has a fully equipped kitchen ideal for cooking, adjoining dining and living room, 2 bedrooms,one with Queen size bed and the other with two oversize single beds and a washroom. The dining room and living room lead to a large veranda allowing meal taking while admiring the panoramic view of the sea and the White Mountains. The first level has a kitchenette, sitting room, bedroom, washroom and a large veranda with garden views. On the roof terrace, there is a room use to store linen and other service material for the villa.M&M Villa is especially proud of its pool facility!The pool was built to accomodate 14 persons at a time. At night, the pathways leading to the pool and the pool itself are spectacularly lite. On the tiled plaque close to the unique horse-shoe shape pool steps, guests will be astonished to see an olive tree proudly standing and supplying natural shade for reading and relaxation. Finally, the pool area is also equipped with a convenient washroom which has enclosed glass door shower, cold and hot water, basin, toilet and bidet. All this allows guests to take a hot shower after swimming or save many useless trips back to the house while lounging around the pool.M&M Villa is ideal for group of up to 6 guests:friends:friends and relatives; families with children, teenagers or younger; couples with older parents.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Manolis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
