All the bedrooms and bathrooms are newly decorated and built to a very high standard.
The house has views of the mountains and the river behind. It has a private entrance and driveway and a very large garden completely enclosed. The large, private heated sunny pool is a particular highlight.
The beautiful town of Ceret with its artistic heritage and spectacular Saturday market is just 5 minutes away. The house is within walking distance of a shop and restaurant.

The grounds of the villa lead directly to the beautiful river Tech. There are football goals and badminton nets available. There is a purpose built boules court area. The garden has many shaded eating areas, and seperate lower floor with outside seating areas for each bedroom allowing a high degree of privacy

The region offers endless cultural and recreational facilities and the sun shines nearly every day of the year.
The villa is 10 minutes from the Spanish border, 30 minutes from the Med. ( Collioure, Argeles, Banyuls etc.) and 90 minutes from Barcelona. Ski-ing in winter is 90 minutes away.
Many wine-growing chateaux are available to visit throughout the Languedoc-Rousillon
The Ceret area
Ceret is a beautiful Catalan town in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Picasso painted here as did Matisse and many other famous artists.Today there is a superb Art Museum in the town. All kinds of activities from petanque to bull-fighting are carried on. The market in Ceret on Saturday and Tuesday evening ( summer only) is not to be missed.

Your villa was absolutely faultless. Flore keeps it spotlessly clean and I am very fussy! The villa is decorated beautifully both inside and out. The gardens and pool were immaculate too. The villa had everything to keep us amused, we appreciated the DVD,s and the games. I will definitely recommend your villa to friends and family. Your website does not do it justice.
