Leading off the lounge is a superb balcony with a view to the river, a perfect place to enjoy the early morning sun, for that first cup of coffee.
There are eating areas around the garden all of which full advantage of the sun. The terrace has the sun all day long, so there are well designed shady areas to sit and relax at lunchtime.
Around the pool there are wooden loungers, and Lafuma chairs to lay back in and enjoy a good book. There are plenty of children's toys and inflatables available.
The house has been designed with luxury in mind, so all those things you enjoy at home are there, such as feather pillows, fluffy towels, and crisply ironed sheets.
A family friend Flore takes care of the house, while we are away, when you arrive she will be there to welcome you, there will be wine, and a few groceries to get you started as well as fresh flowers on the table.
An additional guest can be accommodated on a roll-a-way bed. The second cot is portable.

"All that we had hoped for and more."
We had a lovely, relaxing holiday - thoroughly enjoyable. The description on the website was accurate and informative. Booking was straightforward, and the information sent was comprehensive, covering all we needed to know. The property itself was as described, with every detail covered, well equipped, spacious, clean and comfortable, with a friendly welcome on arrival. The pool is a delight, well tended and warm! There is plenty of space surrounding it, with ample outside furniture. The pretty gardens are well cared for with space for outdoor games for the energetic. There are various different places to sit and to eat, depending on the time of day, which we loved. A balcony overlooks the valley at tree top height, a perfect place for breakfast, listening to the gentle sound of the river below, and for bird / red squirrel watching. The position is quiet, yet very convenient for the town of Ceret which is delightful and bustling. The surrounding area has plenty of interest to offer, with some beautiful scenery.
